Okay I never feel inclined to leave reviews but this one made me want to help other renters be totally aware of what they’re walking into. Overall, it held its purpose and I would recommend again for how cheap the property was. BUT: - sauna did not work, after many attempts and google searches to figure it out - spider webs and crumbs and dust everywhere. I feel like the cleaning crew just changes the sheets and empties the trashes and then calls it a day (showers had bugs in them) - the pictures everywhere are honestly pretty creepy. Kind of felt like you’re in a horror movie at night, but in the daylight it’s significantly better - there was no propane in the grill. The oven/stove didn’t work. If you stay here, plan on eating out the entirety of your trip, or come with your own propane tank. Pros: - great location - easy check in/out - price - the deck and outdoor space is amazing, wish we got to use it more if the weather was better Overall, I would recommend this house but just go in with wicked low expectations! **In reference to another review about a neighbor complaining about noise: there is a neighbors house directly next to the house, probably about 10 feet’s distance. Luckily right now it is under construction, but I can definitely see how that could be an issue if you were to be noisy.

Photos are beautiful. Step inside and try to figure out the smell. Comforters in closet smelled like never been washed. Had to go buy blankets. Kitchen in basement old and not user friendly. Bathrooms smell like cesspool. One TV in basement where the worst smell was. Never again will we book there.

Property management was really nice, but the property was nothing like I expected. First, I seen on the review the sauna wasn’t working and asked the owner if that was the still the case. The owner told me no it should still be working. When I got to the house, the sauna still wasn’t work. Not shocked, but pretty disappointed since that was one of my main attractions and reason for picking the house. Apparently the property owners knew about this, but the owner didn’t, some miscommunication. Second, the grill was out of propane and the oven wasn’t working, forcing me to order out the duration of my stay. The grill I realize Friday night, but didn’t think much of it and ordered pizza. I didn’t realize the oven wasn’t working until Saturday during lunch. The property manager offered to send someone out the next morning, but I was checking out. Third, the wifi provided doesn’t come up nor is it found when manually entered. Fourth, the outdoor bench broke while two kids were sitting on it and the other bench looks like it’s on the verge of breaking too. Overall the house is spacious and had a nice desk, but I was extremely disappointed that majority of the amenities did not work or were damaged or broken. There could definitely be some updating to the property.

The place was mostly clean, just saw some spiderwebs but not too bad. Very spacious, with everything that we needed to cook and be comfortable in the house. The sauna didn't work and we were looking forward to using it. Also, one neighbor was very mean, came over screaming at us for noise at 830 pm. That was not pleasant. Overall the place is nice.
