Very nice had a lot of fun

The owner provides excellent communication while not being bothersome. The property met most of our needs but could use some updates/repairs. Being that this property is a rental, I can understand that not all tenants would respectfully keep it in excellent condition. The property is located close enough to the beach for adults but a bit far for kiddos after a long day on the beach. The shared garage was a great feature for our group as we were in Wildwood for the Jeep event and could park inside, allowing us to keep the tops off overnight. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with how close the shops and the beach were to the unit. Some cons: 3 flights of stairs to the unit, with kids and luggage can get tiresome! The shower curtain linings in both bathrooms were moldy. The furniture/ ottomans in the living room were pretty worn and dirty. This was my 1st time renting on Vrbo and was completely unaware that linens are not a basic necessity that would be provided. Instead we had to head to walmart, after a 3 hr drive, to setup our rooms. Extremely inconvenient, especially when traveling with small children. Lesson learned the hard way! :/ If the host would send a courtesy message with this information and ample time that would have helped immensely! Once the curtain linings are changed and furniture is given a deep clean I'd say this unit has the potential to be a 5 star stay.

We stayed here for a festival last year. We were able to check in early and communication with the property manager was amazingly quick. Place was very clean and included all the necessities we needed during our stay. It is in the third floor so it is a hike up the stairs but it is certainly worth it. Would stay again!!!

The condo has a cute beachy vibe. It is a reasonable size for a three bedroom and the balcony patio area is large and a really nice place to eat and enjoy the weather. The neighbors were close but really nice. Chris offers use of a lot of the amenities including backyard and bikes and chairs in the garage. He was a responsive host but not intrusive. Only downside I would say are the stairs. There a many so if you have elderly or small kids in your party it may be alot. Otherwise recommend!

The house is just couple blocks from the boardwalk, everything is super close, the house was exactly what we expected. Very nice stay.

We had a great time at this property in Wildwood. Location of the house was perfect. The home owner was helpful and very responsive to all our questions/issues.

Overall the place is very spacious and accommodating with a great balcony seating area to relax upon. Super close to the beach, and a great restaurant for breakfast down the block. However, know that you must take all trash with you upon departure which is an inconvenience. Also the floors and bathrooms were not cleaned very well.

This property was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to make a big breakfast in the morning. I stayed here with nine friends, and we all had a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy. And it was only a short walk to the beach!

The property was nice and clean, floors and walls where new, very nice space. Closed to beach. My only change would be to replace the couch in the living room or put a seat cover.

This place is pretty close to the beach and there are good cafes nearby as well. Due to covid you need to bring your own bed sheets and pillow cases. It is a good place to stay, would recommend for others too.

Went with a group of friends from college for a weekend and had a great time. It was an easy walk to the beach and had a great backyard. Will definitely be back!

The unit is very nice. Property is very close to the beach, the surrounding areas were very nice. Would highly recommend staying here. Owner was very responsive to all questions that I had. Checking in and out was very easy. Overall great place to stay
