The property has a great view of the lake and marina. A patio deck on the main floor and second floor to enjoy the view from. It's a nice place other than the front door lock and window blinds in the master bedroom. The condo had plenty of room and hooks to hang things on. The kitchen was well stocked with about everything needed for cooking.

The lake was beautiful and access was very close. Cute little town with shops for everyone and a great house with so much room, perfect for our group of 10 and we could have easily had more!

We had such a great time at this house. The walk to the lake was great and the views from the house were wonderful. The lake was really chilli this time so it was great having a pool and hot tub for all the kids to play in. The only complaint I have is that there weren’t enough sheets for all the available beds.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly laid out for our 3 families. We would definitely stay again.

The property was in a good location and had a great view of the lake.
The property was nice, roomy, well equipped and generally fairly clean although the home could use a good deep clean (under couch cushions, cobwebs, etc.)
The only real negative comment from was with regard to the beds. Our family members found the beds very uncomfortable (with the exception of the bed in the master bedroom).

There were 17 in our family group. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The proximity to the marina was great. The condo was clean, check in was a breeze. The use of the pool and hot tub was nice after a day of boating. Our only suggestion would be having more outdoor chairs. There are two balconies and a lower patio. There were only 3 outdoor chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This property worked out well for our large family. There were plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, and dishes to go around. We appreciated the nice supply of board games and books. SS

Super close to the marina and you’ll have an amazing view of Bear Lake! My family and I just sat on one of 3 balconies and just were mesmerize!

Horrible horrible horrible spider and cobweb problems. Spiders crawled across feet as we stand in the kitchen We killed 20 spiders the first day we were there Mold on shower curtain in downstairs bathroom There was a grill on the patio but it didn’t work. Out of propane I guess. There was lots of extra blankets and cots. And many kitchen supplies. The pool pass was wonderful and so grateful. The windows in the basement were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them to enjoy the wonderful lake.

Lots of space
There was a lot of room for a lot of people. Even though there was only room to park two vehicles the extra parking lot was not that far away and you got to enjoy the beautiful views as you walked to your car.

Great home, comfy, spacious, plenty of room for the entire family. They have great items in the kitchen. Loved that we can use the pool and are so close to the lake. Great view of the marina from the house. Loved that they have a pack and play and booster seats for kids at table.

Had a great time. Perfect for our family vacation. Season for the local shops was mostly over, so very few people, which was also wonderful.

Great for large groups
Nice with so many extra beds and places for large group, just walked down to marina. Wished For more instructions as to Use of home and check out Requirements, but overall good experience.

The condo was great. The only issue is it had a note that we could use the indoor pool and gave us instructions but when we went over, the office said it no longer applies. You'll want to take that down if that is the case. It was a little frustrating since it was a cold weekend and our kids really were excited to use it.
