This was our first trip to Fort Myers Beach and this condo unit is in a great location right on the beach! Beach towels are provided, which saved room in our suitcases. We enjoyed walking the beach for shells in the morning, and listening to the gulf waves at night. Close to the village shops and restaurants, yet a quiet distance away. Right next to the Pink Shell Resort which was sometimes loud at night with nighttime pool activities, but otherwise a nice, quiet stay on the beach! We'd love to return next year!

We all had fantastic time and the view is beautiful! We will be back soon.

Very nice property down from Times Square, only a couple minutes ca ride. Clean, updated unit and loved sitting on the patio to watch the sunset.

Good vacation rental that is right on the beach! This was our first time visiting Fort Myers and it was so beautiful. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, etc. for our group of 7! Only complaint would be the master bathroom lighting; as it was very dim/dark. The pool area was nice & clean, but it is a smaller pool. Check-in was a breeze and the coastal reservations staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any of my questions! We would definitely return to Fort Myers!

Well equipped. Excellent and easy access to the clean, white sand beach. We had a great stay here. The only negative would be that the beds are extremely firm. Otherwise, we loved this property.

All I wanted was a place on the beach in a pretty town with enough space for my whole family to stay and relax and make joyful memories. And that was exactly what happened. Thank you for such a lovely place to make great memories.

We loved our condo, first impression we fell in love with it. Walking distance to everything we needed and yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The views were fantastic watching dolphins while having our morning coffee on the deck, enjoying the sunsets, perfect access to the beach.

Our family including two children in their early twenties and a twelve year old stayed here a week over New Years holiday. The condo was as described, very clean and well decorated for function and comfort, although needed a little TLC for a small rip in the screen, the closet door didn’t slide, and one chair had a splintered piece on the arm but was sturdy. There was noise from neighbors (we understood as a family ourselves) and music from the Pink Shell next door which we enjoyed. What a balcony view- beautiful 180 degrees because of corner unit. The location was perfect— the beach by us was not crowded and we could walk into town to enjoy shopping and restaurants. The pool was small but warm and generally quiet, although it was windy there! It was so great to be able to grill and eat in the area right adjacent to the pool! Only a few downsides- beds were not comfortable and we were worried when we got a note on our car that we’d be towed, even though the parking pass was displayed. However, we were not bothered other than that note. We had a door lock that malfunctioned three times, locking us out. Each time, we were able to get ahold of Coastal within 10 minutes or so and they fixed the problem remotely. Overall, a nice place and we would return!

Being right on the beach is my favorite thing. The views from the condo are beautiful. The condo is really nice, very comfy, clean and had everything we could need. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated but both of the bathroom shower faucets and shower heads need replacing. Otherwise, it was a wonderful long weekend for us. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us!

Loved the location ! Our family came to Fort Myers because my son was playing baseball there. A recommended place to stay was the Pink Shell but I found the price too much. I went on VRBO & found this great condo for a reasonable rate compared to the Pink Shell. What I didn't realize when I booked at the Estero Beach Villas was it is right next door to the Pink Shell. We had access to all the Pink Shell amenities with a gate that connected the properties. The EBV has a small pool , but with access to the Pink Shell pool we had options & the Pink Shell pool side restaurant & bar was great !
