De locatie is geweldig! Goede communicatie vooraf met duidelijke instructies en snel bereikbaar.
Alles beviel! Zo’n heerlijke plek dat we het jammer vonden dat we niet langer konden blijven. Eigenlijk wilden we er wel wonen…
Met recht ´la maison de botaniste’ meer verklap ik niet.

Location was excellent

The apartment was in a stunning old french house on the main road of Rue de Claud Monet . In the centre of all Giverny has to offer. Lovely shower. Huge light rooms . Lovely view of outside garden and terrace. Garden furniture provided. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave.
We arrived by taxi,so had no transport. There was no welcome pack, and on investigation.....no shop for 4 kilometres. So although there were all the facilities here for self cooking etc. We could not use any of them. So 3 days without water, milk, t bags etc. Meaning we had to eat and drink out all of the time. Only one cafe 2 minutes away served breakfast from 9 till 10.30 am. The other 3 or 4 restaurants were fine dining and ridiculously expensive, and only open for lunch and dinner. Most places closed at 9pm. So nothing to do after this time. Also no TV in apartment.

Perfect location on the main lane through Giverny but away from the bustle of crowds so incredibly peaceful. The appartment and courtyard garden were lovely, generally much better than the photos suggested.

Great location in Giverny and very comfortable apartment. The rooms were spacious and generous in size.
The facilities were not all available - probably need to upgrade some of the facilities.

fantastic location. walking distance to everything. attention given to furnishings and aesthetics of space. lovely external courtyard & garden. fully equipped kitchen. owner made contact to check in. easy key pickup and drop off -clear instructions
some more attention to instructions around heating , use of appliances would have been handy. some other basic supply issues which have been privately communicated to the owner which I’m assuming will be addressed.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in convenient location in beautiful Giverny. Thierry was a very nice host and even made a special effort to turn on wall heaters (so that it was warm when we arrived) and greet us in person. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We would like to return.

I liked the location. I liked the kitchen and the living room was spacious.
The bed covers were too hot, and there were not a lot of options for fixing the problem. A smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Very tastefully decorated. Lovely and cool in the heat and quiet. Very helpful proprietor Thierry.
Only that Giverny didn't have any small grocers for fruit and veg.

Excellent location in the Centre of Giverny on Rue Cloud Monet just next to the Church. you can simply walk to the Garden of Monet in the morning.

The property was more than adequate. The courtyard is beautiful and close to everything in Giverny.
I liked everything, but if I have to say something it was that the grand piano needs a service and I’d have liked a bread knife. It really is that good, when those are the only negatives!

The location was an easy walk to Monet garden that we had booked to visit
The apartment had everything we needed it was clean and cool the sofa is uncomfortable I think a sofa bed would be an improvement in the lounge and remove the single bed
We were a little sad with the outside space as the photos looked like there was a lush garden as did the Name of the apartment but the reality a little disappointing

A place to stay for ever! What a great place in the middle of lovely GIVERNY. And a wonderful host Thierry. Hope to return.
