My family rented this unit over Spring Break and had a great time there. The unit is larger than I anticipated (based on the photos) so we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The hosts were very responsive with the small issues that we had. The parking situation is tricky but it was worth it to stay in the middle of Manitou Springs and to walk everywhere.

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect spot for our girls trip/ getaway. Comfy and cozy. The location was excellent. Everything was walkable. Really enjoyed the balcony. The owner was so helpful and quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views and nice location, I will say the main bedroom is very light even at night, so if you like dark when sleeping they do make portable blackout curtains which would fix it . Great place would stay again

Love this apartment. A great space for a small family or couple. Clean, wonderful 3rd floor balcony overlooking main street, walking distance to hikes, restaurants and shops.

This is all about the location. The apartment is in the heart of Manitou’s downtown/tourist area. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evening. It’s right next door to Manitou brewing company, which it definitely worth checking out. The parking is tight so be aware if you’re driving a big vehicle. Overall great experience!

Great location - mountain views, town scenes, balcony to watch it all from. Walk to everything in town. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. It's quirky for sure but this is an historic building. Don't be put off by the steep, narrow climb to the parking space. You will be glad you have your own space in a town where there is no free parking and spots are at a premium. One minor niggle - nightstand and bedside lamp only for one side of the bed - but not a big deal. Good communications with the owner. Great place for a short stay.

Can't beat the location of this unit right on Manitou Avenue. Just 1 mile from the incline, so we just walked there rather than trying to fight for parking. Check in was seamless, owner very attentive and available as needed. Unit is clean, spacious, quiet and the balcony is a prime spot for people watching and enjoying the views.

We had a great stay! The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. It fit my family's needs perfectly. The stairs were definitely steep and parking was tight but we would absolutely stay at this location again.

The place was just as advertised. The carpet and overall appearance are dates but it was very comfortable and owner was super responsive. The patio overlooking town was such a bonus.

This property was perfect for us! We were in the area for our daughter's graduation from the Air Force Academy. The apartment was perfect! Very clean, lots of extras: coffee, sugar, creamer, filters, eggs and bread were a nice surprise after a long day of traveling! I was nervous after the description of the steep stairs but they were just fine! The water pressure was a little low, however, we had zero problem showering and it stayed nice and hot for everyone. The balcony was so nice to have! There lots of extra pillows and blankets and the couch pulls out into a bed. All of the beds were pretty comfortable. Plenty of room and bigger than the pictures make it look. The one parking spot available to park in is indeed very small. We have a Kia Soul and it barely fit between the other two vehicles, both of which were larger SUVs but we knew this up front. The host was great and quick to respond! Manitou Springs is an adorable town with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We loved being so very close to hiking. We hiked Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and did the Seven Bridges Trail. The only complaint I have (and it's nothing that the host has control over) is there is zero free parking in Manitou Springs. Absolutely none in the entire town. Our daughter had to pay $15 a day to park which adds up when you're staying for a week. This was something that we we did not know and had not budgeted for. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The place was nicely decorated. We appreciated eggs in the refrigerator. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Great spot (if you don’t mind climbing stairs) in the middle of downtown Manitou Springs.

A great apartment close to all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The unit was exactly as pictured ... clean and roomy with welcoming decor. The location has got to be the best in Manitou, right in the middle of stores and restaurants. There's just a short drive to other attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc. Just across the street, there was a bus stop where tour buses and a free shuttle stopped. I believe the shuttle dropped off at the Cog Railway. The owner was extremely responsive. The parking was not an issue. The stairs are definitely steep leading up to the unit, but it didn't cause us any problems. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and I'm sure we will be staying there again on our next trip to Manitou.

This location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Manitou. Very spacious apartment with every needed covenience. Loved having wine and coffee on the balcony. The owner was immediately responsive to attend our needs.

We wanted unique and close to town. Win.

This is a great place to stay. My sons and I had a wonderful time hiking around Manitou Springs. The location was perfect. The place had every detail taken care of. Everything was clean. It had lots of special touches. I would definitely stay again. As for the comments about the steep stairs, kind of silly to vacation in a mountain town if you can handle a few stairs. Thanks so much for everything!!

Our stay at Jeff’s property was just great. Central location. We walked everywhere. The apartment was super clean and efficient. Not a single complaint!

Great location in Manitou! Loved the porch and bedroom configuration. Bedrooms are separated by a large living room and kitchen and bathroom were clean. Everything you need is within walking distance. Steps up to rental are steep but safe. Will stay again.

We had a great weekend at this property. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including a long hike. The Mona Lisa restaurant down below was excellent. The place was very charming and everything went perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Good: The location is great. Easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Love the small town appeal. The unit was cute with character. Ample kitchen even though we just used the coffee maker (huge + for having coffee and filters there with my wife) and fridge. A good description of the stair issue. Nicely decorated. The balcony was cool. The owner was quick to fix a parking issue upon arrival. Domino the cat was cool. Bad: Parking is treacherous at best. Bring a small car. (The description needs to add issues with parking) Alley is narrow. Shower - horrible water pressure, Bath Sink sits back and not much space to use with the medicine cabinet, the transom window above the bathroom door to the balcony would not close making the bathroom a bit chilly. TVs - this town is dead after 9 pm so you will be inclined to watch TV and chill. TVs are small by 2021 standards. Would be nice if there was a small table on both sides of the master bed. Ugly - Master Bedroom floor feels like you may fall through, selection of TV channels is very limited. Streamed to my iPad a lot.

Great location in downtown Manitou Springs with parking spot for small vehicle. The property was not ready until after 4 pm, and check in instructions did not arrive until after we were on scene - which made for a nervous day of travel. The property was clean and comfortable and we couldn’t beat the downtown location.

We loved this place. It is old and charming. But be aware a lot of stairs and steep driveway are involved. Not for the faint of knee or hip. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the quaint old downtown area. Restaurants nearby in fact right under your apartment. Very walkable. Easy easy access to Garden of the Gods and to the Pikes Peak railway. I highly recommend the place as long as you can handle the stairs and like a little bit of quirky. It is a very old building!

It was spacious enough for 4 and well stocked. The main issue was the parking being too close to other cars. It felt unsafe walking up and down the narrow stairs and old unlit walkway. It has a good view from the shared balcony.

This is a perfect spot to stay in the heart of Manitou Springs. This place was clean, comfortable and has plenty of room. Easy walk to everything. Mona Lisa Fondue was a great place to eat. Parking was not as bad as you might think when you first drive up. The only negative is the steep stairwell to get to the apartment. But with a balcony on the street side, it made the climb well worth it! The AC was nice and soothing and blocked any street noise and kept the apt cool. I would recommend to anyone to stay.
