Towels were super soft and comfortable

This is the nicest vacation rental unit rented thus far. Decorated very nicely. Everything you would needed was supplied, iron and board, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utilities. The furniture was quality and well thought out for a comfortable stay. Mattress was as comfortable as home. Quality blankets, towels, linens. When I say clean it was clean. The host made us feel welcomed and let us know they were available if we needed anything. When in Daytona I'd book again in a heartbeat. It didn't feel like a rental. Just like home. This rental was absolutely perfect for us. The furniture was extremely comfortable and one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed having coffee on the ocean front deck each morning and the fact that groceries and some restaurants were within walking distance was a plus. Communication and comfort exceeded our expectations. We hope to return soon! Thank you Greg and Angie.

The room was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together at the beach. Hopefully for the owners sake the resort gets everything fixed and working again.

I cannot say enough about this lovely condo. It felt as tho I was staying with family. The unit is charming and warm, the bed is ridiculously comfortable, and the location is primo! We plan to book again next year for our event, without question.

Angie and Greg are great hosts! The condo itself is cozy. Too bad the property owner shut down everything else (pool, gym, elevators, parking garage, etc). I'd love to see this place with everything back in working condition!!!

The unit is clean and well equipped and just as advertised. There is a nice ocean view from the deck (as long as you don’t look down at the wrecked pools). The resort complex itself, like Daytona Beach, has seen better days.

Owners are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Ocean.

I love nothing more than the sound of the ocean waves. I had a couple of days away from work to enjoy this beautiful place right on the ocean. It was everything a weekend away should be. Convenient to restaurants and groceries as well. Hosts were welcoming, and great communicators as well. Would love to come back!

We stayed from 7-9-23 to 7- 14 . We had a wonderful time there ! Our condo was everything it said and more ,had everything we needed ! The staff was friendly and were always out cleaning ! We hope to come back again ! The Stockburger’s

We overall had an amazing stay here at this condo. The room was bigger than what we thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. Only had a couple small inconveniences with the resort itself that Angie or Greg cannot control, such as the parking situation and cleanliness around the resort property.

Hosts Angie and Greg was great! We enjoyed our stay.

We are so grateful for our stay! The condo was well-kept and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was fabulous! It was just what we needed for a peaceful and serene respite of the soul, mind, and body. The owners were so gracious and accessible. We highly recommend this awesome getaway!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed while on vacation. The owners are horrible, they called me the day we were leaving for vacation to tell me that the pool and amenities are not working, by this time I was not able to get a refund. What we encountered was much worse than was even described. A pool right out side the balcony that looked like it was full of sewage. We had to pay $360. Extra dollars just to have a place to sit as you could not sit anywhere on the property. To get to the beach you had to walk out on the street and down the road, pretty bad especially when you expect to get to the beach from your pool deck. Seem like a small complaint but it was not that small, it was horrible. You were lucky if the elevator worked when asked if it will beep repaired soon, we got a shoulder shrug. The host allowed a strangers to enter our room when we were not there to drop off a parking pass, which could have been slipped under the door. Unacceptable!!!! When I spoke to Angie on our dissatisfaction she offered a partial refund now that we are home, she is refusing to pay. So do yourself a favor if you are looking this place to rent , keep looking save yourself the dissatisfaction and disappointment there are so many nice places that are much nicer to rent. I just wish I could post the pictures so everyone can really see the truth.

The apartment was as stated. Nice, Clean, we were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing that I would like to mention was that we were not told that both the indoor/outdoor pools were closed and the parking lot was not lite and adjacent to the property. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Super clean unit with a beautiful view! 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this unit and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Angie and Greg are super responsive and made communication so easy. We have nothing but good things to say about them and their rental!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not a problem. We have family in the area and will definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is perfect for a couple! The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. The resort’s pool area was still damaged from the hurricanes, but we enjoyed the beach and ocean views from our balcony. The owners were totally upfront about the pool area, and we were well aware when we booked it. It has a lot of yummy restaurants within walking distance as well. We definitely recommend this condo.

Lovely little studio on the ocean with a cute little balcony overlooking the beach. Clean, well decorated and well supplied, and the host was super helpful in communication. We enjoyed our stay.
