Everything was perfect! I did lock myself out but they were very accommodating and got me in quickly. I would stay again and recommend to my friends :)

Very convenient location for lakes region. Clean, but not fancy- what we expected. Kitchen was well outfitted. Listing was confusing- we took sheets and towels and maybe we didn't need to? No elevator.; stairs or long walk down hallway to unit. Good for short stay.

This is a great spot if you want to stay close to downtown Laconia. The room is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. Parking was easy and there's a fantastic Italian restaurant just downstairs.

When booking my stay I don't recall seeing a cleaning fee which took me by surprise, but I accepted it. The condo is in need of a more thorough cleaning. I am someone who suffers severe allergies and there was a significant amount of dust in the vent in the bathroom as well as around the all corners and edges of the walls. Condo could use a thorough cleaning. Considering the fee that was charged, and if all rentals are charged this amount the owners are not getting their monies worth. On a good note, Condo was comfortable and acceptable for my short stay. I previously worked at the Property prior to it going condo so staying there brought back some pleasant memories. Thank you.

The condo is conveniently located near grocery stores and is a few minutes drive to Weirs Beach. Everything is extremely clean. The set up worked perfectly for our family of 5, and although small it seemed spacious and not cramped. Check in was easy, Robert and Ann made everything extremely simple.

Enjoy both hiking and beach during stay.

We needed someplace to shower/sleep only. We had friends who live nearby to go to during the day. Our son/grandson showed up unexpectedly for a few days. The internet was great for his work vacation. I have 2 complaints- we were not given the passcode to get in until I asked for it the night before we were due to arrive, and I don’t appreciate to find sheets wadded up and thrown on the closet floor - were they clean for unexpected company or not? No extra sheets were folded and put away, Towels were of inexpensive hotel quality. My husband ended up in the hospital before checkout, so it was a bit hectic for me alone to check out and follow the semi extensive directions.

Clean and well stocked unit that was enjoyed by both parents who managed to work while on vacation and kids, who enjoyed their stay despite both working parents. WIFI was strong and easily handled 4 laptops and phones, the owner was responsive to queries almost immediately and overall we enjoyed our stay. I took one star from the location because it's located on a main thoroughfare and the bikers/muscle cars were loud at all times of the day and night, but it didn't detract from us being happy with the unit.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Great location. Large condo that was clean and comfortable. Owners accessible when it comes to communication. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful sunsets with little obstructed view. Clean. Great internet. Worked there for a week online. Noisy road. Condo has unit above. If they are there you will hear footsteps, but that is all.

The apartment was clean and true to the pictures. Great communications with the owner, easy check in. Convenient location - close to two grocery stores, restaurants, lake and parks; White Mountains less than an hour drive away. Hand sanitizer in the bathroom was a nice touch given the times we live in :pOne thing that's not clear from the pics: the balcony is facing a street (not a major one but there is some traffic); the bedroom window faces a sort of internal corridor inside the building so you probably won't be keeping it open. There was hand soap but no shower soap or shampoo that I could find; I brought my own so no big deal.

Good place to stay. We enjoyed our time. Very well-equipped kitchen and Robert is a great host.

Very good location. The apartment was perfect for two for a weekend. The only problem we found was when trying to fill a pot of water, the water was yellow, so I would recommend bringing your own water!

Nice location although it was a bit of a tease to see the water and not actually be next to it.

This place is a great location for anything the area has to offer! The condo was clean and cozy. It was hard to leave on Sunday when it was time to check out. I stayed here with three other guests. We went Gunstock for skiing and the mountain was only 15 minutes a way. At night we tried out Funspot, which is only a seven minute drive. Both places were a great time. Both Robert and Ann were great to communicate with. They both were friendly and answered any questions I did have.
