This house had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Pool was great and the outdoor area very relaxing and spacious. Had a few questions prior to arrival and was given a timely response. Easy check in/out process. Rooms are great for a family of 4 with plenty of room for 2 more. Beds are comfortable and decor was welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was very nice.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in July 2022 with 7 adults and an 8 year old. We are a close family so the house was a good size for everyone. The outdoor space allows for you to spread out as well as the pullout couch allowed for ample sleeping arrangements. 2 of us are very early risers, so it was easy be on the pullout and not disturb the others in the rooms. I will say the house is a little farther from the beach than I expected, not terrible, but definitely a 10 minute walk pulling the wagon with all our beach goodies. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room in the fridge and lots of counter space, we actually only ate out 1 night while we were there. The grill was a little on the worn side and only 1 burner would work, so that made for a long afternoon of cooking on it, I did email the property management and they assured it would be fixed for the next guest (we had no more plans of using it during our stay). I have to commend the cleaning crew, as the house was spotless upon arrival. We had our little pug with us and the tile floors were great for her to cool off on! All in all, I would stay here again, everything was top notch and the professionalism of the management company was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This property fit our needs perfectly! Beautifully decorated, very well-stocked kitchen, immaculately clean. We loved walking to the beach and ice cream shop. Very quiet, convenient location.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful and the owners, Scott and Leslie, were extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions/inquiries. The house came equipped with everything we could have possibly needed/wanted and the pool was perfect for our family, including our 2 yr old daughter. The beach was a short walk away, with a public access point on the opposite end of the street. We will definitely be staying here again on our next family vacation to Fort Myers Beach!

We really loved this house. The kids loved the pool. We have 4 kids, one a non swimmer, so we greatly appreciated the pool alarm. Complementary snacks and coffee, extra paper towels and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would definitely come back.

We booked this house for my family (4) and my daughters family w her 6 month old and it was absolutely perfect! This house had every amenity we needed-from coffee and sugar to paper towels and soaps - it was probably the most thoughtful Vrbo I’ve stayed in. We were able to get an early checkin and late checkout so we could take full advantage. The walk to the beach was about 3 blocks and it was an easy walk to Times Square. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Super nice property. Great location, walking distance to everything. Pool was a perfect spot to relax. The house was supplied well with coffee, towels, shampoo, even a wagon and beach chairs. Perfect since we flew in and brought minimal stuff.

The house was spotless and we walked in with a few snacks waiting for us. The property management company made checking on and out easy and convenient and all in all we loved it. We would say the only thing the house needed was a sound system or speaker by the pool and an outdoor tv so us college football fans could have enjoyed watching out back! All and all amazing time’

This house was absolutely perfect for our quick family getaway! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean upon arrival. There is beach access a short walk straight down Delmar Ave, and the private pool was an excellent option! I would definitely stay here again in the future. The property management team was very accommodating and overall communication was great!

The house is great, but there were so many problems during my stay and the fees the management company put on top of the actual rental price seems unfair. The water fall was green and smelled horrible. There was a slime in the drive way that my fiancé slipped in. Multiple unannounced workers came during my stay to clean my grill (we were about to grill up hotdogs and had to wait 30 mins), a pool guy showed up unannounced while we were using the pool and put chemicals in it and we were forced to stop using it for over an hour instead of coming back because we were enjoying the pool, he continued. The first night there the management company was aware of a chirping smoke alarm related to a low battery and did not send someone out until the next day and we barely slept that evening. The master bathroom was dirty with the toilet seat up used with a visible hair and the shower had mold. Coastal vacations property needs to do better especially adding on so many additional fee all together equaling $1000 on top of the rental fee. I feel if they are going to have such high fees their standards need to be higher. The house it self was amazing. Great location.

Stayed here with my family for a week-long vacation and we had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well-stocked, and had easy access to so many great areas near the beach. The private pool was one of our favorite features, and there were so many beach items we were able to borrow, such as chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Property is like new and very well done. Had everything we hoped for and more. There is plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon to help you along your peaceful walk to the beach. The bunk beds had a surprise that made it even better. The lower base board is a trundle bed. So that rooms sleeps 4 teens! Everything was super clean and plenty of beach and bath towels. Only recommendation would be to have First Aid kit in the home.—-Fantastic place-Thank you team!

I was very impressed with the house and would definitely stay there again. The house was clean and had everything we needed - wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys. We also loved the private pool. The beach was a short walk - 8 min. The house was in a great location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants but far enough to have quiet and privacy. The house was also supplied with a kuerig and all the other cooking supplies you would need.

Good location! We could walk to beach within 10-15 minutes as well as up to restaurants and shops. Street was nice and quiet. House was clean and more than enough dishes, pots/pans, utensils. Pool was great to relax in after day at beach and keep a very active 14 year old busy!

Loved this house. Was so clean, and close proximity to walk for ice cream with the kids but down a quiet street without hearing any noise at all from Estero blvd.

Staying at this property was great, my wife and I visit FMB 2-3 times per year and would not hesitate to stay here again. It is within walking distance to the beach or the local restaurants.

We stayed in this home for a girls getaway weekend and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean the house was. We did minimal cooking but noticed the kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of gadgets including a pressure cooker! The coffee maker is a k-cup machine (FYI because we were curious ahead of time)! There were at least 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas with a wagon to take to the beach. The house also supplied beach towels. The beach was about a 10 minute walk which wasn't bad! This is not a reflection on the home but for some reason Lyft & Uber were not picking people up while we were there and walking to restaurants can be a bit far. There is a free tram that runs along the island but we didn't figure that out until the end of our stay. I'd recommend renting a car, bikes or golf cart!

Perfect place for just the two of us. Had everything we needed for the beach including a wagon so we could carry everything to and from. When we were done with the beach we could relax at the pool. Perfect proximity to all the restaurants and fun but far enough way to enjoy our quiet time when needed. Would highly recommend

We were hesitant to book this property because of the lack of pictures, but the home is gorgeous! We loved the pool and beach amenities that were available such as chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler for the beach. We rented bikes for the week which made it easy to travel to Bowditch park and Times Square. In addition, the beds were very comfortable and made for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again!
