We are returning guests and love this place. It hits all the things: clean, great pool, Smart TVs in every room, beautiful yard, allows dogs, but it’s the little touches that make it stand out. It’s the cold drinks for you in the fridge upon arrival, it’s the coffee pods stocked for you, it’s the snacks in the pantry, it’s the pool toys and board games, and it’s the incredibly quick responses to your texts from them when you have a question. It’s also the EASIEST check out we’ve ever had. It’s our favorite so far! Fantastic hosts! We will rerun.

The house was perfectly the clean, the extra amenities were amazing! The pool was warm and clean the whole weekend. Had a wonderful time! My only (small) negative was that the master bedroom had a small bed—maybe a queen but almost seemed like a full. Will be back!

Our Sunberry experience was excellent from start to finish! From the neighborhood, the house, the little touches and amenities, to the responsiveness of the owners/manager. Really great stay, if you want a quiet weekend away in a great place, you can't loose with Sunberry! We'll definitely be back, this time I'll bring the kids. Great for families or a romantic getaway. This place was perfect. All the other reviews were accurate. The owners had everything set up including some refreshments. The neighborhood is great. It is about a 15 minute drive to the Coachella festival area (average 15 min - depending on traffic). The pool and jacuzzi are nice. The house has all the up-to-date electronic amenities. Nice grill in the back. Stove, oven and coffee-maker all got used and worked great. It allowed me to facilitate a great experience for a group of 18 year olds and I had a nice place to relax while they got their groove on. 5 Stars *****

The Sunberry was a great escape from everyday life and was such a tranquil and cozy home away from home. From the very beginning, Shawn and Shakeh communicated early and often to ensure our check-in was seamless and enjoyable. The property was pristine, extremely clean, and well stocked with all the little things one might forget. The pool was heated perfectly, the spa was warm and soothing., and the backyard landscape was so tropical and beautiful. We enjoyed cooking and eating meals at the large island and outside by the fire. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing and we will definitely look to stay again in the near future. If you are looking to get out of town and enjoy a great house and perfect pool, this house is it. Well designed, loved the mid modern vibe. Pool and yard was a nice surprise. My dogs loved just hanging while we played in the pool. They had a great stock of essentials and snacks. A bottle of wine from a wonderful vineyard in Santa Ynez. All in, the perfect host!!

The home, yard, and pool are all as pictured. Clean and well-maintained. Beautiful property. There are snacks, coffee, toiletries all stocked and plentiful. Owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. We had a wonderful stay!

We arrived and it was 120 degrees outside. From the moment we stepped in the front door we were happy. The house was already cool. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a well stocked kitchen. The décor was EXACTLY as pictured. Modern and adorable. The back yard was big, grass was green and fresh and the POOL! The pool isn’t modern as the decor but it was clean and a great size. Everything worked. The house was a smart house. Just a “Hey google…” and we had lights, music, and controlled the temperature. The house is located near grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Everything was convenient. It was a great week and we cannot wait to return. I texted the owners a couple times with questions and got immediate responses. A+

We had a blast. Property was perfect for what we were out there for. Communication with owner and property mgmt was super easy and all made very clear and convenient. Host was over the top accommodations and generous with stocked snacks, waters, necessities, etc. We basically lived in the pool and kitchen area for 3 days. Our group of 4 gets away every 4th Of July and would love to be able to come back to Sunberry again.

Sunberry Ct was one of the best properties we’ve used! It was immaculately clean and we couldn’t believe how the kitchen was so well organized. The pantry was stocked with snacks and there was sparkling water in the fridge. The backyard was huge (compared to mine in the SF Bay Area) and our 2 small pups (Maltese and Chihuahua) had so much fun running around. The pool was nice and clean, though a tad bit cold for my sister, even in 100+ degree heat! The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were fine with the AC set to 76 degrees and using the ceiling fans. One thing - I didn’t realize that the showers in the master was not a walk-in but a step in bathtub. My 91-yr old mom stayed in the master and we had to help her in and out. If there was a walk-in, she could have managed by herself.

We rented the home on Sunberry for a much needed getaway for a friend that is grieving. We flew in from Seattle. I have rented through VRBO numerous times and have always had a positive and professional experience until now. I received two or three requests for me to pay the second payment far before it was due. That was probably not a good sign. The outdoors were unacceptable. We could not spend time in the pool or hot tub as it was filthy (I have photos), the chairs were stained, the carpet was stained, there was bird poop all over the table, the pool toys were old, dirty and destroyed. After arriving the first night, I was embarrassed to have booked it so paid to take my friend to a resort so that we could truly pamper her. We left around 12 or 1 and didn't return until the next day around 3 pm. My friend begged me not to bring up the issue right away. We did mention that their rule to not turn down the air below 75 was very uncomfortable in the severe heat. Their response was that everything looked good on their end and to keep things shut up. They use the loophole that if you don't give them an option of fixing it, it isn't their problem. We paid over $2150 for three nights. Our final night, after returning from the hotel, we went to a nice dinner at Pacifica (highly recommend) and played cards in the kitchen. We discovered mold in the guest bathroom and ants in the master around the sink the final morning when we finally were forced to spend the morning there. I asked only for one night reimbursement when I think it should have been much more. They took no accountability and kept all of the money. I have sent some photos to VRBO, to them and waiting on more. Please be careful with these people. You truly wouldn't believe the photos.

This is a great property! Had everything we needed and was able to completely relax. Shawn and Shakeh go above and beyond in preparing for the arrival including stocking the pantry and fridge as well as the best amenities.

We stayed at the Sunberry La Quinta property during Coachella, and it was the perfect mix of location and amenities we were wanting in a VRBO. The check in process was easy, the communication with the hosts Shawn and Shakeh was impeccable, and our stay offered everything you would want to make your stay an enjoyable one. Our dogs were also happy with the spacious backyard, and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful too. An added bonus provided by the hosts, was having snacks and other necessities upon our arrival as well. Super thoughtful, and we didn't have to run right out and buy things right away. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was great and the outdoor space was amazing. We were in the warm pool every day! The hosts had snacks and drinks available on check in which was really classy! Our only suggestion is additional seating or maybe a couch in the TV room. The love seat was not quite big enough for us to lounge on. The room with the projector is great though! The hosts are quick to respond which was great. Would stay here again :)

The hosts of this home truly understand hospitality. So many thoughtful amenities - water, ice tea, milk in the frig. Snacks and basic cooking ingredients. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Nice bathroom amenities as well. I felt like they thought of everything and have a well detailed binder on all possible questions and functionality of the house. Home was very comfortable for six adults. Lots of fun decor, comfortable seating, nice bedding and towels. Backyard with pool and hot tub were so nice and really added to our get away. Shana, the property manager, Shawn & Shakeh the owners were all easy to contact and responded immediately to any of our questions. Would highly recommend the property. Our stay at the Sunberry exceeded all expectations. On arrival, we noted that the property was spotless and had clearly been thoroughly cleaned. All of the rooms and outdoor spaces were very well appointed. The renters guide was very complete and easy to understand. It was a nice surprise to see that the kitchen had been prestocked with essentials (coffee, milk, snacks). The local neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, and the proximity to various dog parks is excellent. The backyard, pool, spa, and seating areas were a highlight of this property. We got lots of use out of these spaces. It was also nice that the owner checked in with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this property.

From start to finish, this was the best VRBO experience we have had. The owners were quick to answer our questions, the website gave an accurate description, and the details were so easy to follow and helpful. There were personal touches that really make this rental stand out: a welcome gift, cold drinks in the fridge and snacks (I’ve never seen this), everything labeled, a sunscreen basket for the pool, floats for the pool, toiletries, the list goes on and on. All of this on top of a clean and beautiful home with an incredible yard and pool. Our dog was also welcome. Our hosts texted us back right away throughout the weekend and it was the easiest checkout ever. I can’t say enough! We will be back.

This house is one of the best places I have ever rented in terms of how it is taken care of and stocked where everything is well thought Of, I would definitely choose it again when I decide to come to the area in the future thank you very for a very memorable time

Whether the Smart Home Technology, the games and bikes, along with a most fantastic pantry and coffee service. The homes was immaculately organized and such a delight to spend time with family. Our vacation started with a message from another VRBO. Sorry your house flooded , we have no place for you to stay. We scrambled to find something and we could not have been happier with the Sunberry. Everything you would need is less than a mile away. We rode the bikes every morning to get breakfast and then to the meat shop to get meat for the grill. Swimming area is completley private and we put many hours in the pool during the heat wave. You will not find a better stocked VRBO. See you next year.

We completed our third stay at the Sunberry! Another fabulous trip. The house has a well stocked kitchen pantry for our convenience. The kitchen appliances are perfect for cooking and serving meals inside as well as BBQ cooking . The house itself is always clean and comfortable. The game cabinet provided us with a few Monopoly and chess matches. The highlight is always the outdoor fun the pool/spa and grassy areas are key for our family fun. Umbrellas provide shaded areas and the kids had non stop fun in the water! Thanks Sunberry. We will see you again.
