The host was a GREAT communicator. Check-in was easy, and the place was as described and very clean/cozy. The only flag is that the host lives in the attached house, so if they're home, you can hear them, and they can probably hear you! Regardless, the host was super friendly and receptive, so don't let that stop you from renting this spot out!

Robyn was a fantastic host! The place is just enough for 1-2 people. I had a four night stay. Love the pergola in the back yard where I sipped my morning tea. Loved the super comfy robes and Robyn's design sense!

This is a cute little place tucked away in an Austin neighborhood that I would definitely come back to! The host was kind and generous, and left us a little welcome bottle because I told her it was us staying as a couple! Super cute, clean, and adorably decorated. It’s not super private as there are neighbors, but for a couple staying the weekend in Austin it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us in your home. :)

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the host was accessible and accommodating. The location was also very convenient...a quick drive to S. Congress, Downtown Austin, the airport, and easy access to Hwy 35 and Mopac. We loved our stay!

Robyn’s place is so nice and unique! The unit is so well appointed it had everything we needed and more. Some extras included games, books, city guides, toiletries, weighted blanket, coffee(!). Enjoyed so much sitting in the front room/kitchen while my daughter slept in. The backyard is incredible- really fun space. We didn’t get a chance to use it but we would love to just sit back there if we had the time. The decor of the room and kitchen were just so fun - above and beyond what you’d typically see in a rental. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and in a good location. We had the opportunity to meet Robyn and she’s so incredibly nice ❤️. I hope we have the chance to stay again sometime!

My small dog and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for a short trip. He greatly enjoyed running around the backyard and meeting Choxie.

Robyn was the perfect hostess. She has thought of everything you might have forgotten. The neighborhood was so very quiet. The patio/ living space was perfect and comfy. The back yard and cowboy pool left us so relaxed. It’s a great place for a couple getaway. I would definitely recommend the little slice of heaven.

It was a pleasure staying at Robyn and Choxie’s place. It was no more than 15 minutes from all the major spots in Austin and was a relaxing oasis when we returned.
We loved sitting outside in the back yard sipping on coffee in the morning and were even offered a glass of wine by Robyn herself, so kind and inviting!
I would highly recommend staying at Robyn’s place if you need a quiet, comfortable place with close access to all Austin has to offer.

This is my third stay at this property. It is close to downtown, but still away from the traffic.
The house and accommodations are perfect. The backyard has everything you would need from lounging chairs, fire pit, and an adorable small pool for a dip. The host has always answered all my questions prior to every trip and even made sure I had a curling iron, so I would not have to travel with one. Anytime I go to Austin for work or pleasure, I will be staying at this location.

I had a great time staying in Robin's guest accommodations. The property is a shared yard with a room that is connected to the house, but still private. Communications were proactive and I had the yard to myself during my stay. The backyard was spotless and the place was exactly as pictured.

My husband and I needed lodging for a two-night stay in Austin. We were driving in from another city and had a fishing trip the following day, so we really wanted a comfortable place to crash.
I can't say enough nice things about this space. For starters, the bed was FABULOUS. But we loved everything else about the space, including the well appointed decor, cleanliness, and location. Robyn thought of everything when she designed this apartment--private entrance, sitting area, functional kitchen.
I'm crazy about the funky, creative vibe! I'm an author, and I'd love to rent the space for a week, just to write.

Quaint and relaxing experience. Charming outside seating areas. Good privacy. Be prepared to carry your luggage to the back of the house, step stone sidewalk in place. Accommodating host!

Robyn has taken care of this rental. It's comfortable-she provides what you need, including robes, weighted blankets, and the backyard is bonus! Fire pit and little cowboy pool out there - 3 full size decks. LOVED.

The property owner must of forgotten to put us on her calendar although she collected all her money when I booked weeks prior. Because within an hour of checking in, 4 Austin police officers knocked on the door and scared us to death. Officers stated the owner called the cops bc she had “no scheduled visitors for this weekend” luckily it was squared away and I showed proof of payment but just with a start like that it made an unpleasant trip.

Great experience! Check in process was easy! The room was comfortable and clean! My husband and I where out and about most of the weekend but It was such a nice and quiet space to come back to after our adventures!

My partner and I were coming into town to go to the Austin City Limits festival, so most of our visit wasn’t spent on the property. But after staying I wish it had been! We loved the decorations, everything was so beautiful and clean. The location was perfect, super close to the more popular parts of town but also wasn’t too close. We will gladly be back and highly recommend!

This is a lovely, charming place to stay. I didn’t get to meet Robyn and Choxie; it was a busy weekend with a niece’s wedding. Very clean, and comfortable. The closest was large, which was a bonus for me, because I always overpack. The photos are great, but it’s actually better in person. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed and was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to everything Austin had to offer. We did not get to enjoy the really cute backyard because we were out and about. Until next time…

Adorable & comfy Austin property
Cute rental in a great location with easy access to SoCo! The yard is adorable. Bed was very comfy and the bath room was nicely decorated and very clean. The sitting area has a nice kitchenette and a comfy couch and big tv! Would stay again.

My friend and I visited this place as we were there to see our kids who live by McKinney Falls park! As we pulled up to the house, we were so impressed by the curbside appeal & were even more impressed with the backyard! Perfect for us for our weekend stay!!

Quickly felt right at home. Beautifully and very thoughtfully decorated. Such an interesting environment. Stayed a week, wish it could have been longer. Robyn (and her cute pup) was very responsive when requested while also giving space to enjoy the property. Had everything I needed for a great getaway. Quiet area with homey feel. Delightful stay and kudos to Robyn for putting together such a lovely home.

Peaceful retreat in South Austin
We absolutely loved out stay at this incredibly chill spot in South Austin. The space was tastefully appointed with everything you might need for a restful stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom newly renovated. We loved the glassed in sitting area and kitchen.....a very chill spot to just hang. Robyn was great and we hope to stay with her again.

Great place to stay. Robyn has designed it beautifully. There's lots of light with tall glass windows and a relaxing backyard. Her dog Choxie became a favorite of mine. Highly recommended.
