Sehr gute Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet
Das Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen hat nur ein Fenster zum Flur. Dies wird nicht erwähnt.

Apt. located on 1st floor accessible via elevator (no problem with baby stroller or lots of luggage).
Localization is perfect: close to many attractions, close to many restaurants, close to city parkings, close to public transport, close to shops and the even skate park.
Hosts are very helpful. They are responding very quickly.
Almost all necessary equipment incl. dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, vaccum cleaner, TV with Netflix, youtube, etc.
Microwave oven might be useful, however, I can understand the hosts - the kitchen is rather small and with this additional equipment there will be even less space.

Besonders die Lage. Wir waren zu viert, da hat sich der Preis relativiert. Die deutliche und funktionierende Anleitung, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen.

Das Apartment lag zentral, keine 2 Minuten bis zur Frauenkirche. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Schick eingerichtet mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümern. Wir buchen schon für das nächste Jahr.

Comfortably furnished apartment with thoughtful design (ie hooks, entry way with bench, places to put shoes), with a great kitchen and plenty of coffee. Location can't be beat within one minute walk from the central plaza. The check-in was easy. The apartment has two fans to keep it cool. We would stay here again.
The bedroom window opens to the courtyard/walkway to other apartments with several neighbors who smoked which didn't allow us to keep the windows open in the evenings. Parking is nearby and inexpensive, but you have to use coins (12 euro per day) if you don't have an EC card.

We are so enthusiastic about that place . So clean and with a hospitable feeling in all the way. Big beds, big living room and generally all are so beautifully designed . In addition , the owner helped us with everything we need😍😍 Good offer for 6 people
