Major issue was front desk. Definitely hotel owner needs to replace front desk boys with decent people (ideally from hospitality industry) at least they know the value of customer feedback and will help customers to meet their basic requirement like water bottle and hot water arrangement.

It is a good property for Business travel we can use it, for basic toiletry items that weren’t available bath towels are too sticky take your own while on the go.
