Although the place is small (just right for me and my spouse) the condo offers big things- great location to restaurants and coffee spots, 8-10 min walk to beach and the place is always clean!!!

Very nice location one block to downtown- Unit in second level. Not as updated. Very quite surroundings . Appreciate TV ROKU.

We had a great off-season long weekend and appreciated the fact that we could bring our two old dogs with us. Very clean and kitchen well stocked. Queen bed comfy and location was perfect.

Stayed here last year and it was great. Came back this year and the same. The location is perfect for Rehoboth. Its clean and check in is super easy. I can grab the keys and get on with our stay. I am looking forward to booking again next year.

Nice spot, convenient to everything, parking a bit tight. Room was missing spoons and forks and light bulbs.

The property was clean and easy to access. I wish I knew it was on the second floor because my dog recently had surgery and it was a bit difficult. Also, the non-access to cable was challenging especially since we wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. The beds were also challenging on the back as they were quite flat and the no ddreeser in the second room meant living out of a bag.

Reasonable price, great location, clean, easy in/easy out, property manager gave perfect instructions and was responsive Would definitely stay again

My husband and I had a wonderful short get away and it was lovely. Our location was absolutely perfect . However our timing was a bit off!! Quite a few shops and restaurants we wanted to visit were not open yet. But we had a wonderful time anyway. We are already trying to figure out when our next visit will be. Our apartment was in the perfect location. The negatives would be lack of water pressure in the shower and it was difficult getting the tv to work. We were fortunate that we were the only ones there because parking in the back lot could be a huge issue!! I don’t see 6 cars parking and being able to maneuver safely!! But we had a wonderful stay and look forward to another trip to the beach.

Great location! The condo was walking distance from EVERYTHING…did not have to worry about parking. The rental was cozy, super clean, and well stocked. We plan to return.

Had a great time, nice park close by that boarders the ocean near North Rehoboth Beach , great for a dog stay too, walking distance to everything in the area.

The apartment was very nice, and in such a great location. Easy to access the apartment and the owner was very responsive to our questions. The place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops! You don't need a car at all and our dog loved the park nearby. Two cons we noted, but we don't feel should impact the rating, is the smell, it smelled very badly of cigarettes and could definitely use a deep clean due to it, and we had an electrical issue with some lights. However, we were only having a short stay, so these things did not bother us. The weather was nice so we could keep the windows open. Perfect place for our weekend getaway.

The furniture in the living room was to be desired, sofa bed we had to put extra pillows under the cushions to keep from sliding off. When doing so we found plywood that was not very successful in keeping the sofa from sinking in.Watch out for the unmarked step in the hall way coming into the building, it’s about 2” high and nothing indicating STEP! Older folks be aware that this unit has a flight of steps to this apartment… it is a second floor apartment, that info is not listed in this listing. Air conditioners don’t work properly and smell musty,, we had to purchase incense to burn to cover up the smell. The shame is…we love that area, people are so friendly and nice.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and is located in a great in part of Rehoboth. It was nice to be on the edge of the residential area of the town but still very much in the heart of things. We brought most of our meals in and there were plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware and lots of room at the counter. The weather was very warm during our stay and the window units and ceiling fans kept us cool. The laundry in the basement was handy too. Brian was very responsive and helpful and the extra street parking was great since the back lot is a little tight. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this unit!

This property is so close to beach, to restaurants, boardwalk the gym and shopping! There is also a little park which worked out great as an area to bring the dogs. We had to get an additional parking pass even though the hosts provided a second pass with the rental since there were multiple cars but it’s actually close by to the parking authority to walk and purchase that. We had a little trouble finding a close parking spot for our family members but we figured out a side road that had lots of spaces. And we just had them pull up to drop off their bags then go park. I think most people won’t have an issue with this if they only have one car but our family members came from different areas so we had three different cars. Even still it’s close to both the metered and permit parking to accommodate everyone. The hosts were helpful with giving us advice on how to handle it. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and it is pretty well equipped. We did bring our own food processor. The only thing I missed having was a tea kettle. This rental is on the second floor which people should note if they have a mobility issue. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.
