The house was as described. So lovely, clean and spacious for my husband and our 3 teenage children. We were close to the beach, restaurants and what became our favorite breakfast spot…shorehouse kitchen. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I spent 3 nights at this very cute home. The La Jolla Shores location was a very short walk to the beach, and a short Uber ride to UTC for shopping and great restaurants. The home was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely book this home again.

Home was great for an extended family getaway - grandparents, parents and children. Walking distance to La Jolla Shores and restaurants. Highly recommend

What a GEM! Beautifully designed new house on a peaceful cul de sac bordered by flowering shrubs with hummingbirds. Best rental kitchen I have EVER stayed in, with great Viking stove. Beautiful open layout with abundant dining seating. Grill on one of the two spacious balconies. Ocean view from the master bedroom balcony. 4 block walk to the La Jolla Shores Beach, with a little specialty grocery store right around the corner. Great cafe's and pleasant restaurants, with outdoor seating on a pedestrian section of the road, a couple minutes away. The house has beach equipment including a surfboard, which our sons really enjoyed. Plenty of storage. One young adult had to work and was nicely set up at the desk at the top of the stairs. The room with bunk beds has a full-sized lower bunk bed suitable for young couples. Master bedroom has lots of closet space. The downstairs (entry level) bedroom is where one enters the house, but our son was very happy on the large (full-sized) daybed. A bath with walk in shower for each bedroom, and a half bath on the kitchen / living level, meant that no one had to wait. Important to note that it is on a cul de sac where all the houses have balconies and voices carry, so this is NOT a party house, but a place to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. Virtually no road noise! We will return for sure if possible, thank you!

The location and the design of the house combine for a very SoCal beach experience. We had a great time at this new, clean home within walking distance of the beach and the lower LaJolla Shores area. Very fun and walkable to restaurants and fun. The home is not large, but well appointed and all you really need for a getaway. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the house and the upstairs bunk beds were key. We would absolutely stay again.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this home. Close to the beach and fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the kitchen, visit the beach or just relax. It’s the perfect spot. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay in La Jolla at this VRBO. The home is beautiful, clean, and very well appointed. There are shops, restaurants, and the beach all walking distance from the place. Would definitely recommend this spot for a visit to San Diego / La Jolla!

Awesome house extremely close to the delightful offerings of Avenida de la Playa and the beach. The home is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances and furnishings; we had everything we could possibly need and the hosts were very attentive and communicative. Truly a gorgeous home that we will for sure revisit on our next trip to La Jolla.

I rented this place for a long weekend with my three sisters to celebrate a big birthday. We were all impressed with the space, decor, cleanliness, location and amenities. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and shorter walk to restaurants and specialty grocery. There are surf shops within walking distance where you can sign up for a surf lesson or kayak outing. The kitchen was stocked with all the right items to make cooking in very easy. We appreciated the hand soap in every bathroom, plenty of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper etc. The attached garage was stocked with items for the beach. We loved it and will be back!!

We love it here, have stayed a couple of times over the past year and hope to come back (at least) annually.

We absolutely loved this place, every detail was meticulously placed and considerate. The kids loved all the kid friendly touches, there was everything we needed for the beach and play, there was plenty of amenities, and the location to the restaurants and La Jolla shores beach was unbeatable! We are already booking another trip to stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of space and lots of TVs and bathrooms! It felt like home.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home. It is a beautifully designed, tranquil place that is conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. Additionally it is well appointed. The seating in the living room is comfortable and there is plenty of space for dining. The kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils with a separate pantry for storing your groceries. The beds, bedding and pillows are not only attractive but perfect for a great night's sleep. A variety of restaurants and the beach are a few minutes walk away. We hope to return for another stay here.

We absolutely loved our time away from Kansas City to celebrate Thanksgiving with our oldest son who recently moved to San Diego. Everything about this home-from the perfectly appointed kitchen, to the beautiful decor, to the heavenly bedding -made this one of our most memorable stays...not to mention the location within a block or two of the beautiful La Jolla shores. We had the best time staying here, and would gladly love to return sometime. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and then some to make you feel extra comfy and right at home (iron, fabric steamer, grill basket, kids plates and cups, Mickey waffle maker (!) and on and on). This beautiful new home was perfect for our family of 6. It’s was an excellent location for us to walk or bike to the beach and many fun restaurants. This home had everything we needed for a great vacation in La Jolla Shores.

Photos don't do this place justice! It looks, smells, & feels brand new!!! Everything is so well decorated, we even asked the hosts for the contact who designed the home because we love it so much.

So much great things to say about this house, you really have to check it out for yourself. The ad is spot on when it says brand new…the house is really so fresh & clean  For us the unexpected bonus was the hillside and ocean views from the master. IMPECCABLE, thanks Surf Style!!!
