Amazingly nice hotel. Room was stylish and pragmatic

Le bâtiment est magnifique. La rénovation est très réussie. C'est une belle alliance entre ancien et moderne. Le SPA est bien. Dommage que ce ne soit pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Nous avons très bien mangé dans leur restaurant et le bar à cocktails est très agréable. La chambre était très grande et joliement décorée. La salle de bain avait une baignoire et une douche très pratique.

Nous avons pris une grande chambre mais avons été étonné de retrouver de la vaiselle salle du client précédent dans le mini bar. Nous avons prévenu de personnel mais à notre retour en fin de journée, toute la vaisselle n'avait pas été changé et contrôlée. Nous avons du leur dire une seconde fois de faire le nécessaire. Le personnel n'est pas très sourriant et pour certains pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. La chambre que nous avons eu était briyante. Nous avons beaucoup entendu la chambre à côté et également les va et vient dans le couloir.

Pure luxury in quiet area just outside the main tourist centre. The best hotel staff I've experienced. Little luxury touches you don't get elsewhere, such as homemade cookies on arrival & fresh flowers. Room is large, elegant & beautiful. Cannot fault this hotel. Staff went above & beyond to help us claim a package we had issues with on delivery - one of best 5 star hotel stays I've had anywhere in the world!

- Spa pool was too cold for winter, should have been much warmer to make it worthwhile, especially if you paid the entrance fee for Spa or nearly 40eur! - Room service menu a little limited & pricey

Contemporary, luxurious and very relaxing hotel. All staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, there were no faults during our stay. We had an excellent stay at Kozmo and would recommend to anyone visiting Budapest!

The staff, especially Alan at reception was amazing. I had a special request for my partner’s 30th birthday and they pulled all the stops out to make our stay special. I would highly recommend Kozmo to anyone staying in Budapest.

המים בבריכה המחוממת בספא היו קרירים ולא אפשרו כניסה (בג'קוזי היה יותר טוב אבל גם שם היה ניתן לחמם עוד קצת) המלון מעט מרוחק מהמרכז, יש מטרו ואמצעי תחבורה נוספים במרחק הליכה אבל בקור העז של ינואר זה הורגש

Our stay at Hotel Kozmo was incredible! The service provided by the staff, especially by the butler Gary, was exceptional. Gary was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was beautiful, and the hotel facilities were perfect for relaxation. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

breakfast was the one mark off. i would have more options and bring it into the nicer bar space before the breakfast area. it just brings the experience down a little.

Iets dichter tegen het centrum zou nog beter zijn, is ongeveer 15min stappen, maar is geen ramp.

The rooms are big and clean and all the necessary amenities but nothing out of the ordinary for a 5* hotel. Breakfast was very good and service during the breakfast was fantastic. Also, the wallet staff and concierge were very nice and proffessional.

- The lady with the long hair at the reception was very unpleasant from the day 1. I arrived around 1330h and asked for earlier check in after waiting in line for 15 minutes because there was only one receptionist working. She just gave me the "look" and said it's not possible. This is not the way to treat your guests. During the checkout I was about the pay with my Dutch bank card and for some reason the machine was not recognizing the card. The same happened when I tried to pay with my phone (Google Pay). I asked the same lady to try a different machine (there were 2 other in front of her) but she refused and insisted that I provide different card. When she finally gave me a different machine, while rolling her eyes and shaking her head, my card worked without any issues. She just gave the me receipt in silence and didn't even apologize for her ignorance. - The gym cannot be called a gym. It has several treadmills and two benches with some dumbbells. That is all. One of the most disappointing gyms in all the hotels I have been. -The pool and sauna are extra charged which makes no sense for the 5* hotel. Especially considering that it is a super tiny pool and it's only open from 12:00 to 20:00h. - Two times I had to turn back and wait from coming back to my room after a long day because the cleaning was done at 16:00h. I never experienced this in any hotel as the cleaning is normally done in the morning unless you have the "no disturb" sign on.

It was historic and very modern together!

The drive to get to the property felt like I’m going through a bad neighborhood. But I was driving so it didn’t feel that bad.

Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, staff were nothing but lovely offering a free room upgrade on arrival due to it being mine and my girlfriend's anniversary, to which we were welcomed into our room with sparkling wine. The building was absolutely stunning, with the second largest staircase in budapest (which we were informed of and shown by the excellent employee who showed us to our room). Location is good, maybe a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which will get you there in no time. Spa facilities were fantastic and very clean with a nice big sauna with plenty room. My girlfriend informed the staff that it was my birthday during our stay and the in house baker made me a beautiful birthday ensemble with macarons and chocolate. 10/10 stay, I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday to budapest.

Es war alles bestens ! Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel , wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Zimmern sehen genauso aus wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt sind. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ist die komplette Anlage und sehr sauber gehalten. Allgemein fand ich die Architektur des Hotels sehr außergewöhnlich. Frühstück war für unsere Verhältnisse sehr ausreichend. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war dieses Hotel einer von den schönsten die wir bis jetzt besucht haben.

Thought the spa was included but it was extra, this wasn’t made clear. There should have been free fresh wTwr at the spa . It gad run out. The hours it was open were too short in the evening.

The staff were amazing, especially Barney, who was so kind and caring and shared his knowledge with us about the hotel, Budapest and architecture which we were especially interested in. He was such an asset to the hotel but everyone was just wonderful. The hotel was just gorgeous, rooms felt so luxurious. The restaurant - both bistro and restaurant were fabulous, as was the food.

I though the main restaurant could have a bar area (rather than just sitting up at the bar) with more atmosphere. But overall a wonderful experience.

From when we arrive until the moment we left we were made to feel special. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a 5 star hotel after all. The breakfast is recommended as well. I wish we could of stayed longer.
