The condo was very clean, didn’t see any dust and all the sheets and towels were pristine. Nice neighborhood with 7-11 and gas stations close by. You have private beach access with this condo as well as pool access and both are lovely. Bed was very comfortable and it’s nicely decorated.

Cosy little apartment. I love the style and decoration. I really appreciate that the kitchen was equipped not only with the main tools to cook but also with condiments (olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, etc).

Bed is small. Frame corners are dangerous, I bumped into them plenty of time. Mattress is saggy, so uncomfortable.

This was a very cute and comfortable condo for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean!! I spilled some water on the kitchen floor and when I cleaned it with a white paper towel there was no dirt at all!!! It is close to shopping and the park. The pool, which you can see from the bedroom, was very clean. It has it’s own reserved parking spot and an easy electronic lock on front door. The condo has been remodeled and looks great. The complex is not fancy but it is convenient and quiet. We found it to be a good value for Key Biscayne and will definitely stay again since our kids live down the block. The communications with the property manager were fast and easy and she answered all of our questions.
