No need to collect keys on arrival as the property uses a door code. The location is excelent!! Nice neighborhood to jog around, and at close distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable, with the pool, furniture and appliances in very good cleaning and operating conditions. Most important, the hosts are very helpful and nice people, commited to a pleasant stay for the guests.

The shed offers bicycles, beach umbellas, chairs, coolers, and wagon, as well as fishing rods and some other beach items. These were very useful to go to the beach. Nevertheless, the shed was messy and some of the items are weared. Some cleanup and items renewal will be great!

Great location as we were close by the Marriott where other family members were staying at

We had so much room and the pool was such a plus! They supplied everything we needed. Close to beach and water activities. We would definitely stay again!

The grill could use an upgrade.

I loved the cozy, open floor plan. Plenty of room, and close to everything.

I like everything, close to all places like supermarkets, the property was very clean and very comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy with your family, I loved the pool and the owners were very friendly

Nothing at all

Location is excellent, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc in a 2-3 blocks distance from the home. The house itself has everything listed and more. We found it very clean, organized and prepared for our stay. There were few non important items we reported to the owner and answer was almost immediately. We were 8 adults and we all felt comfortable during our stay. Pool area it is very good, the view to the canal is a big plus. there are 3 bicycles, several beach chairs, umbrellas, etc so this was a nice value added for our stay

What I did not like BUT IT IS NOT RELATED to the property is the way the city is designed to provide access to visitors who are not staying at the hotels/condos located along the shoreline, basically there are only 3 public parking places and if they fill you do not have other options.
