The location is perfect, just far away from town but not so far that even a quick trip for milk to the shops.
The driveway was a bit tough for a regular car, more suitable for a 4wd and bed was a bit too soft for our liking. However the room was cosy and warm and bed was spacious.

Stunning views
Well equipped with high class equipment and toiletries etc and so many little extras including champagne on arrival.
Resort style accommodation with beautiful infinity pool and relaxation areas.
Generally clever use of small space
Loved it but suggestions for improvement-
Bedside tables could be ones with drawers to improve storage in bedroom.
Swap fridge door to open the other way to make access to it easier
As cyclists we didn’t like the steep gravel driveway but the pushing up of our loaded bikes for touring was certainly worth it for all The Pool Room had to offer.

Great location - very peaceful. Compact but with everything you need for a short stay.
Water temp in shower was unregulated either too hot or too cold. Other than that it was all good

A full "good" for this nice accommodation, the ocean is surely stunning but pretty far away, the sunrise was impressive though, some construction seems to be going on on the site currently, super friendly and easy host, cute cangoroo in the morning, regulating a comfortable shower temperature was kind of roulette

Location was superb. Beautiful sea views and close to shops, beaches and lookouts.
Pool outlook and all facilities available.
Cooking was outside on BBQ burner. Didn't worry us except when raining.

* there is NO AIR CONDITIONING.
the owner states 'they are an eco-resort and have no air-conditioning on the property." YET' air conditioning' IS STILL LISTED on all booking sites.
IF 'air-conditioning' is listed THEN INSTALL air-conditioning or REMOVE IT from the list.
* ALSO the photos are OUT OF DATE. there is now a massive white cupboard. COMPARE the old pics and my new pic. these are MISLEADING while ever they remain. I told the owner this.
*now look at the plan diagram. realise the space between the entry door and the bedroom door houses everything else - minus the area now taken up by the huge cupboard. the bench top
for cooking is now gone.

The view from the room is exceptional. The pool is beyond anything i have seen in a private home. The owners are very friendly and respectful of your privacy.
