CoCo Apartments is only 2 blocks away from the ferry pier Cozumel - Playa del Carmen. It is in the pedestrian area, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. For this area the aparment is quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor as has 2 rooms: the living room with the kitchen and the bedroom with the TV. In both rooms you have a modern air condition and a classical ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is perfect (hot water, good water pressure). The kitchen has everything you need and more: big fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all ustensils. Included is free drinking water. The highlight is the big garden, featuring a modern Weber grill for your personal use. Also you have a shelf to dry clothes, especially helpful if you go diving, snorkling or swimming. The cleaning lady, Alicia, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The keys to the location and the apartment are stored in a key box with code, so you can check-in on your own and don't have to wait for anybody. The wifi is strong and stable. All information about the apartment, best shops and restaurants in the area are available as a pdf file that you can easily download. Very convenient.

It is obvious that in an entertainment area there is some noise, especially in the evening or at night. A restaurant in the same block has live music (which was of bad quality during my stay, sorry to say that), which you can hear. But it is not too loud and they stop well before midnight. Another thing to consider is that you are in a tropical area, ground floor with a big garden; so you cannot avoid to have occasionally insects in your rooms.

Central location, clean and spacious, it has everything you need. We enjoyed the life music in the evenings from the bar next door.We defenetly would stay there again.

for us it wasn’t a problem at all but the sound from the neighbors (live music bars) around is a bit noisy. however, when the windows are closed it’s more than fine

Very nice location close to all the restaurants and shops. The apartment is well equipped and the garden very big and absolutely beautiful.

The location couldn't be better, and even tho it's a noisy neighbors the garden and the apartment are very quiet !

The only thing is that the sofa that works as a second bed is a bit short to sleep on 🙂

Best appartment in Cozumel,nice staff, beautiful and comfortable appartment,free bikes, good wifi for working, modern kitchen, in the centro. We have been super happy to spend our week there. Everything was perfect!
