Great place, great location and the host was on point

Took 2 80-year old relatives to the beach to celebrate a birthday. House was like an oven, windows in main part of house don’t open. Beds were HORRIBLE except master bedroom. View was gorgeous & house was clean, though so we made the best of it.

Although there is no ocean view, a short walk up a wooden path takes you up hill to a wonderful view of the beaches and Haystack Rock. Our weather proved to be warm enough that we took beach chairs out and tanned ourselves from there. At night the benches at the end of the path were perfect for viewing the billions of stars in the sky. The Pelican Pub is a short walk on the beach from the rental, but an even shorter walk on a trail that goes behind the house. The home had a bath and bedroom for each of us who stayed there. We loved that and found the bedrooms to be very comfortable. There is a nice gas fireplace in the small living room that joins a small dining area. Lots of games to play. Bicycles in the garage. Cons: The tv’s proved to be the most frustrating part of our stay. A note said we would be charged $50 for any disconnected cords. We did not but can see why people try that. Tv would go out and then after a time come back on. Many things wrong with that. Don’t count on watching tv unless you have an AV person with you. WiFi worked good though. One bathroom has a perfectly round little hole that my friend found very suspicious and I wrote to the company about it and did not hear back. Stories of hidden cameras came to mind. May be a good explanation for that hole but it was curious. I’ve been arranging trips for me and my friends for years and there have always been issues of some kind that made our stay a bit less than perfect. This place pleased everyo.

Very nice property. Would have been nice if there had been coffee available to use. Only other issue there was only one bath towel in the bathroom on main level

Great property and excellent beach access. Clean home and well furnished. Two blocks from Pelican Brewery. Great sleepy neighborhood with plenty of walking/biking access. Overall, a great vacation with the family!

What a great location in PAC! Short walk out the back door to the boardwalk and beach. House was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. We were looking for a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got . The back deck was perfect and had lots of sunshine ( and warmth) during the day. House offers quick walk into town and bikes if that’s what you want to do. We enjoyed every second before the mad rush of “back to school” and will be staying again.

Needed a spot to bring everyone together. This location and home worked perfect. Although beach access over the board walk is a haul, the Dory access at Pelican is only a short walk. We were able to easily drive our fire wood and s’mores fixings down for a night on the beach. Lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seahorse house in Pacific City. The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of 6. The location was amazing! We had a great time!

Great stay in private and well maintained cottage. Close to beach via boardwalk and short drive into town. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect!!!! We had celebrated Easter here before headed to families homes on the coast. It was a magical morning and pur kids loved it! We loved our many walks to and from the beach! Great distance to Pelican and the market!

From the time we checked in Until leaving we had everything we asked for and all our questions were answered .. it was a perfect location to the PelicanBrewery and beach . The weather was perfect and a picture of a view … just breathtaking and spectacular. We hope to com back and stay again at Pacific City!

This home had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway for our family. We backed up to a trail with a short boardwalk that led straight to the beach. We walked down to the Pelican Brewery area every day and got exercise running up and down the dunes. The rental company and staff were nice and easy to work with.

Seamless! We had no problems with the exception that we never located the living room remote control for the TV. Otherwise, the place was spotless, well stocked, spacious for our gang of five. Wonderful visit

We had a very nice time at this property. We own and manage four vacation home rentals so we see things with a critical eye. We were very impressed with the cleanliness! The house had everything we needed. The bikes were an added and unexpected bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Access to great walks. Ocean storms were fun. The house was very comfortable. Most everything we needed was provided. We comfortably fed 8 people.

The house was perfect! Best location right next to the board walk, nice sized rooms, kitchen table is perfect for family dinners. We were very pleased and will be booking this home again next year!

It was a long uphill and downhill climb for most adults not in perfect shape and age. Not able to see beach at all. mountain of sand hill between you. Trail of people very closely walking by at all times. Within a few feet.

Fantastic property! So relaxing just what my family needed for a getaway before our son goes off to college.

Nice house! Beach access was a little bit challenging scrambling back up over the dune, and there’s no view of the ocean from the house. But we loved our stay here and would definitely choose this house again.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week at Seahorse and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer.
