Very nice with clean, beautiful rooms and a warm relaxing vibe.
With the first real cold of the year, it appeared the new heating system had a glitch but we were ever so pleased with the prompt attention, response and resolution to the issue. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and lots of room. Also convenient.
We could not adjust the temperature and we were cold. Noisy location.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It was fully stocked. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the bikes that the host provided for us to explore downtown and the location is very close to the river and parks. We will definitely be coming back.

We absolutely loved our stay! It's at a great location within minutes of everything. Very clean and homey. My husband and daughters took full advantage of the bikes and rode around every morning. It was perfect for our family!

My two adult children and I converged on Fort Smith to attend a funeral. We desired to stay together, but not in all one hotel room. This apartment space was perfect. We each had our own room and bathroom, but we could eat and talk together in the kitchen and dining room. The place was clean and convenient for our needs and the garage was a extra blessing. The rate was fair.
