Always a great and enjoyable experience

The home was amazing. The outside views were spectacular. My friends and I had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely book again.

Was a wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious with great space to gather inside and outside. Located close to the golf course DS and fountain!

This property is awesome. Great location and the accommodations are very well maintained. The property offers everything you could ask for.

Outstanding home with outstanding pool/patio views. Beds are very uncomfortable and all bedrooms have no views of the valley. As listed, there's cameras everywhere and felt like our privacy was violated. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Neighborhood was very safe and great for morning walks. TV with some type of satellite connection would be better than the apps. Local news or ESPN would've been a great extra value.

Easy rental and management responded quickly to all questions

Upon arrival everything looked great but when we put on the available robes to hot tub, one still had a lighter in the pocket so it clearly hadn’t been washed and left us wondering what else had been missed/skipped. That night we found that the pool and surrounding lights weren’t working. The next morning we went down to the gym and the total gym was not at all functional. By day 3 the hot tub was cloudy so we let management know and they said it was supposed to be serviced before we got there but the appointment was missed due to a miscommunication. The pool company came out the next day to address it but the 4 of us that had been in the hot tub ALL woke up with hot tub rash, which was extremely itchy and uncomfortable and lasted about a week. Needless to say, we did not use the hot tub the rest of our stay and it was still cloudy when we left. Before writing this review, I let management know and tried to give them the opportunity to reconcile since some of these issues could and should have been avoided. Unfortunately, their response was about the boxes they checked to fix it after the fact, rather than being apologetic and customer service oriented. So sad because this really is a beautiful home and an attempt at better customer service from a management company (that’s in the hospitality business) would have gone a long way.

We chose this property to spend time as a family over Christmas. We, our four adult children and my husband and myself all flew into AZ enjoy the holidays. The view was amazing and we loved the location of the home. However, there are NOT 4 bedrooms available. Upon receiving our check in information the day before we arrived we were informed "Past the living room is the owners wing which is locked, it was not advertised with pictures or that portions of square footage" Please note that this wing is also the Master Bedroom/Suite. I have never rented an entire house as listed and not had access to the master bedroom. We were only allotted three bedrooms. Two queens connected by a jack/jill bathroom for three of our kids and our other child had the Murphy bed in the living room. My husband and I felt like quests in the home we rented as we stayed in the back bedroom/casita with a bathroom only big enough for one person, no larger than a small closet. The bedroom had a small window to the driveway, no view. Please note the bathrooms; there are two full and 2 powder rooms. I had reached out to Kathryn with our displeasure and we received no response. We did enjoy our time together and had plenty of fun in the home, however it was misrepresented.

Convenient location and great views. House is beautiful and well equipped, but has many stairs and awkward door to patio/pool area. Several large TVs and excellent wifi service. Access to 2 garage stalls is useful, but the driveway is tight and difficult to turn around large vehicle. Property manager, Kayt, was very good to deal with, quick and effective to address issues.

This property was impressive! The area was gorgeous. Super friendly people, incredible views for morning sunrise and coffee! Loved the area and short trip into Scottsdale area! Host was very responsive! Definitely a must stay if you are in area!

This home was amazing and really put our golf trip over the top. It had plenty of space for us to congregate and relax. Kathryn was always responsive when I reached out. If we take another trip to Scottsdale, then we’ll definitely consider this home again!

Couldn't have been any better! The house was beautiful in every way. Every room was neat and tidy. There were many amenities to keep ourselves busy in the house such as the gym and pool. Kathryn was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. She was extremely accommodating to any check-in/check-out requests I had. Totally recommend it.

This lovely home tucked up on the hillside was a perfect setting for a much needed change of scenery. Time for catching up with friends/ family and relaxing. Kathryn is a wonderful property manager and was on top of any issue. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property & we would definitely recommend it!

Only issue was the heat took a while for the AC to catch up. Living room was really hot the entire time. Other than that great place

Great views, awesome outdoor space, and perfect location. Property manager was great to work with. Just make sure you fully understand the bedroom situation. It’s not for everyone.

The House was great for family gathering. Lots of room and fully equipped. Outdoor gas fire pit by the pool was a nice feature. We sat up late under stars talking by fire. Highly recommend.

We had a group traveling from snow country to enjoy Scottsdale weather in January. 4 of us stayed here, and we’re thrilled w amenities/cleanliness of home. Beautiful neighborhood, nice pool area, great kitchen, everything as advertised. I must add that the communication I received from Kathryn was best I’ve experienced from a property manager. Thank you Kathryn you made our stay wonderful!!

Our family of 6 people ranging in age from 13-78 loved this property! The house is stunning with floor to ceiling windows, great views and nice pool (which we had heated for fee). Communication with Kathryn the property manager was great - she was very responsive when we had some minor housekeeping concerns. Everyone loved the gym & there were 3 separate living areas so plenty of room to spread out. 2 half baths also a bonus as there are only 2 full bathrooms. Be aware of bedroom configuration- there are 2 queen bedrooms upstairs that share a jack & jill full bath and then a king bedroom in the casita area that has a full bath. The other beds are queen Murphy beds - one located in the living area near the queen bedrooms and one in the casita living area. Not a problem for us as we put teenagers in the Murphy beds but be aware these aren’t traditional bedrooms. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - was a perfect location near enough to Scottsdale and hiking trails yet felt very isolated and private.

The home is very spacious with multiple living rooms to enjoy. It is private and scenic. We had a great stay!

The property was as described. I do wish that the casita had a larger bathroom, as the one provided was really small. The only other drawback, was that the pool does not receive sun in the afternoon. We would go out hiking in the morning and come back for a nice swim. It was cold, even with the pool heater on due to the lack of sun. The home is also surrounded by video cameras. We found them on trees, the basketball hoop, etc. It does make ones privacy feel a little violated. We will visit Fountain Hills again, however rent another home next time.

Home was exactly as pictured and even more surprises within the mansion. Loved the view and pool. Although it took a minute to cool the house once we arrived , it stayed cool and comfortable after coming in from the 100 degree AZ weather. Only thing we would've wanted was more directions on operationing the pools lights at night. Home looked amazing at night by the pool.

Property was perfect. The house beautiful. Everything was as stated. We enjoyed walking neighborhood daily. Only a mile walk to neighboring shops/target for misc. Uber is available. No issues and no problems. Will be back.

Great house and location. Everything as advertised. The only drawback for us was that the master bedroom is not available for guest access. So you use a 2nd master, with a very small bathroom, which is ok, but not what you expect in a great house like this one. But the picture are 100% accurate and show an accurate depiction of the house.
