Das Hotel hat extrem großzügige, wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Wünsche werden einem von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbiges gilt für das äußerst gemütliche Restaurant im Nebenhaus. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Danke an das gesamte Team für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.
Ein Aufenthalt im Ort Pürgg ist wie eine Zeitreise. Wer Entschleunigung sucht, der muss genau dort hin. Anreise mit dem Zug ist möglich. Man steigt auf einem der letzten 3 Bahnhöfe in Österreich aus, den man nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann! Der Zustieg in den Ort ist dann etwas steil > Empfehlung: Keine Trolleys sondern Rucksack verwenden. ;-)
Die Umgebung ländt zum Wandern und Bergsteigen ein.
Eine Sauna würde das Erlebnis perfekt machen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Reinigung des Bodens im Zimmer - es fanden sich Pflaster etc. des Vornutzers am Zimmer...

Everything! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious with well equipped kitchen. View from balcony is just breathtaking. They are very detailed in all aspects. Breakfast served is great, amazing fresh and tasty organic food.

Gästhaus Krenn is a gem! The location is so beautiful and charming. We felt welcomed from the start and got a complimentary upgrade to their apartment number 3 in the Residence. The apartment had the most amazing views of any accommodation we stayed in. Great views overlooking the region, mountains and the castle. We ate at the restaurant and wanted to go back again but it was fully booked. The breakfast was delivered to us and it had variety of local bread, cheese, jams etc. The staff kindness and friendliness are unmatched. We really loved our time there and we wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Excellent services and strong attention to all desires of the guests. Very beautiful and cosy appartments and the whole house. High quality of materials, furniture etc. used in the rooms. Very spacious rooms. Exellent breakfast with very special concept (no ordinary buffet selection). High quality of food and drinks served at breakfast and also in the near Krenn restaurant. We did appreciated much a room service for the first warm drink served after wake-up and still before the breakfast - great idea!!! The house offers also a room service.
Just one minor thing is a parking place situated around 200m outside of hotel and located in front of the village. It is a sort of complication when you go for skiing. Hotel does not have a ski room, so the ski equipment must stay in car. The ski boots we were carying to dry in the hotel room. But we understand that for all not-skiing guests this distant parking place should not be a problem.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, we've stayed for the second time and are overwhelmed by the outstanding service orientation of staff, the amazing scenery, the rooms and design, the food and welcoming attitude, just a perfect stay, recommended any time!

We loved absolutely everything! The design of the place is just perfect! Everything is so well chosen - very cosy, modern, but still fits the location perfectly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. And the view from our appartment - wow! Simply amazing place to stay! Well done!
The only thing we didn’t like (and of course there is not much there can be done unfortunately) is that somebody was smoking on the balcony underneath us and we could smell it... as none of us is a smoker we hated it. So maybe (fingers crossed) in future hotel will become non-smoking even on the balconies? :)
