My family enjoyed our stay at Duneloft Villas. Location in the community is great. The unit is as photographed. Super cute. Clean. Seabrook is a gorgeous community. The unit was ample size for my family of 4. Thank you for allowing pets. We had our needs covered with kitchen items, bath items, etc. We enjoyed playing a couple of board games. We appreciated the beach chairs & access allowed with amenity cards. The porch is a great place for breakfast. We had sunny weather the entire time.

We had the very best time at Seabrook! The villa was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed - towels, dishes, and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooks the marsh, where we watched birds feed each morning. We were a short walk from the fishing pier, in a perfect location for the kids to ride bikes, and a short drive from the beach. The parking at the beach access was easy to find and always had open spaces. We enjoyed visiting the beach club several afternoons, and we also used the Lakehouse pool one evening. Freshfields was a great location for groceries and dinner out. (Although I would recommend bringing groceries as they’re a little cheaper at home.) We visited the Seabrook beaches every day but one. We tried Kiawah which was also nice, but we LOVED how calm and open the Seabrook beaches were. This villa even had access to a small neighborhood pool (right across the street) that was great for our crew to enjoy after a long day at the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this rental and the whole Seabrook area. We will definitely be back!

Very accommodating place- all the essentials covered. Good location- about a 10 min bike to the beach, multiple pools, a fitness center, and just a little further to shops are restaurants at Freshfield Village. We arranged for bikes to be dropped off and picked up. Nice fishing docks in marsh area steps away which was lovely in the morning. The place is bright and charming with just a few instances that could use some refresh. Kids had a great time.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. There were five of us and we all had own own bed. Located right next to the crabbing dock which has an amazing Sea Marsh view. The kitchen and living room were a great place to cook dinner, socialize and play games.While walking to the beach is somewhat far, its easy to bike there or a very short car ride.(The price of "beachfront" houses are pretty steep, and on the northern end you'd still have to walk a way to get to the beach). Since its closer to the gate, the drive to Freshfields doesnt take long. I hope to return to this house again!

Wonderful place to stay! Super cute and cozy, such a great location! Our family loved all of the games and being so close to the crabbing dock! We really appreciated being able to use the amenities while there as well. Thanks so much for a great time!

It was a perfect villa for us. Loved the marsh area being so close! Quiet and peaceful.

We all enjoyed this opportunity to refresh and relax. Our granddaughter will be starting college soon and it was a perfect place for memories!

The house was clean and conveniently located. We were very comfortable and relaxed.
