Horrible! Do not stay here, way too expensive for the price, clogged toilet, no kitchen and pallet beds. Booked 2 nights, only stayed one because it was too late to find something else

Good location and easy to reach

First, the host send tons of messages beforehand. On the on hand helpful ones about check in but also quite some unsolicited offers to upgrade (to get a window in the room or an equipped kitchen). Just before arriving he informed us that our room doesn’t have a window which was allegedly hard to portray on booking.com, but that we could upgrade to get one. Having arrived in our windowless room, the smell and and the air in the tiny room were unbearable and there we no way of getting rid of it. Also it was way too warm in the room - with only 15 degrees outside. We had an old fan which was unfortunately way too noisy to use during the night. The mattress was of a very low quality - super soft and thin that you could feel the wood underneath when sleeping on your side. It was impossible to lock the toilet door (instead there was a big hole in the door where the lock should be). The cleanliness situation was also more than poor and it smelled strongly of urine. We’re are really used to budget traveling and simple hotels and hostels and didn’t expect much comfort but this place was really underwhelming.

I got a tiny room without a window - I didn't choose it. Pictures from booking aren't real. The whole apartament looks completely different. I couldn't sleep because of loud music from the club downstairs and lack of fresh air. No chair, no table, only one bed in the room. Wifi wasn't working and I had no signal of mobile internet in my room. The kitchen was suprisingly in a locked room and you had to pay if you wanted to use it.

The host frequently messaged us about our stay, he informed us well before our arrival and checked up on us during. The room was big and clean, the location was great.

I think this place is more suited for longer stays (14+ days) than for a one night stop. The other 'guests' weren't very interested or social (which is not necessarily a bad thing), which made us feel more like intruders rather than guests. The host didn't pretend to be a regular bed & breakfast, we knew what we booked.

The room is different from the picture. This is a fake picture. It is hard to find it as it is upstairs in a small door. Our room doesn’t have a window even. It’s small too much. In summer you will be dead without any fresh air. Compare the price with the condition, it is not reasonable at all. Booking. com should review and make sure people are safe.

Very cleverly designed system for entry (check in), comfortable bed, good location.

On the day of arrival, the toilet and sink were dirty, so probably no one cleaned the apartment all day. There was extreme noise under the windows at night - loud people who probably beat into containers, noisy traffic in the morning. Basically, it was impossible to sleep, because without an open window you would not be able to breathe in the room. Next to the booking advertisement, private parking was mentioned, so I expected it to be included in the price, but then I was told it was for another 10 euros. When I consider all these negatives, this place is not worth the price.

Absolutely nothing

First, what no one tells you when you book is that the small flat hosts 15 people who have to share one bathroom and one shower. The common areas were dirty (we found other people toenails in the bathroom) and messy and we had to clean it first to be able to use the facilities. This is unacceptable. But the worst part was finding other guests (from other rooms) sleeping in our beds (we locked the room before going out, so apparently they had access to our room code). Last but not least, the noise you hear from the street is absolutely annoying (there's a club close to it, i.e. people screaming till 5am). If you like chaos and risk you found the right place, otherwise I strongly recommend to avoid it.

It was hard to open the door with the code, I assume it was used so many times that the numbers not that sensitive anymore.

Very dirty room, hair and stains on the bed, there was not even drinking water in the room, one window was broken and could not be opened, a very unpleasant smell like mold, it was very difficult for me as a person with an allergy to mold to breathe in this room, There was no gel or shampoo in the shower and shower was broken.
