Washing maschine, laundry stand, iron and kitchen incl. most utilities and equipment. Well located right next to multiple public transport lines and bakeries, coffee shops, super markets and restaurants around.

No basic foodstuffs like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, backing paper etc. available. The kitchen is spacious but you need to bring everything yourself. Shower door was broken thus you had no chance to keep the floor dry. The sound proofing is rather bad. You can hear other guests so if they choose to be loud you have a problem.

The location was very good, near public transportation (there is a U-bahn station in just a 3 minutes walking distance from the building), and there were several supermarkets nearby as well. The hosts were easily reachable by WhatApp from the moment I made the reservation. They were very helpful and responded promptly to a complaint when the bathroom sink was partially clogged. Although, reported on a Friday afternoon, the host came personally within 1 hour and helped to solve the problem. I stayed with my family (total of 3 adults) in apartment 1 on the ground floor which had enough space for us and our luggage. The windows overlooking the street did a good job in street noise reduction. Throughout our stay, the weather was very pleasant, so the we did not have to use the fans provided in each room. The TV provided a lot of entertainment channels to choose from. The fridge size is very good for the needs of 3 or 4 persons.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and there was only 1 pillow on each bed.

The apartment was lovely – clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, even had a little garden! . The host was incredibly helpful and pleasant, even waiting to personally hand over the key upon our arrival. Communication was a breeze, and I appreciated knowing that I could reach out if needed. The apartment had everything one could need. We could even make a coffee in the morning – loved that!

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, however, there were a couple of minor issues that had a slight impact on my overall experience. Firstly, I was surprised to find out upon arrival that a deposit of €300 was required in case of any damages to the flat. While I don't personally mind this policy, it would have been helpful to have been made aware of it beforehand, as there was no mention of it on booking.com. The deposit was finally refunded after about 2–3 weeks, which kind of stressed me out and was sort of inconvenient. My second issue was with the shower. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to regulate the water temperature, which kept fluctuating between uncomfortably hot and freezing cold. This made for a less-than-ideal showering experience. Despite these drawbacks, however, I still found the overall quality of the accommodation to be good and would consider staying again in the future.

Downtown apartments Dussledorf is a wonderful, comfortable accomodation located about a 25 minute walk from the city centre and old town of Dussledorf. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished. There are some intricate decorations that take you by suprise but overall the apartment is stylish. The apartment owner and staff are very clear with their communication and quick with their response to any questions that may arise. There is a $300 euro deposit required apon arrival however the refund is quick after your stay at the property. If returning to Dussledorf i would definitely look to book these apartments again.
