Super comfy bed and great ironing board/iron.

Bit dated and needs a refresh. Only a 2 seater couch but a room for 4 people. TV on the wall but couldn't watch from the couch. Main bedroom only had a sliding door to cover half the opening, probably because the TV hung over the door frame.

Location was great, bed was comfortable, friendly staff. Two bottles of water and milk included. Pod looks nice.

Cosy, but very small. Even for one night, it felt so cramp for two of us. No hooks/hangers for your clothes, and no where to put your bags. Room didn't feel clean - the cleaning card was blank - the bed had a strand of hair and visible dirt like very small rocks and you can feel it when you're in the bed. Found a few ants, even on the bed. Can't sit up on the bed as the walls are curved so awkward and uncomfortable. The "sofa" is just a very hard and uncomfortable beanbag and felt dirty too. Surfaces were dusty and the towels didn't look fresh. Shower water pressure weak. Outdoor table and chairs were dirty and we would not dare sit on it. Ventilation was poor - one small window in the bathroom which had to be kept close if not insects will come inside. Check-in/out still manually done at reception. No WIFI. Could hear loud music even after 10pm. There is a notice to wash your dishes but there is no detergent, also there is no proper sink and they expect us to use the one in the bathroom which is barely big enough for brushing teeth. Is it not part of housekeeping's job to do this? I believe you also need to throw out your own trash if not you might be charged extra. Overall for the price paid, its a scam. Would only come back if price is fair and cleanliness is up to standard.

The bed linen was clean and fresh

The cabin was old and run down. Bathroom was clean, but Bathroom basin and cupboard very old and definitely time for replacement. The entire cabin could use either a massive update or replacement.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The cabin and grounds were clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and warm. The location was convenient.

The bathroom door handle was loose and nearly came off. There was no Wi-Fi.

Cute and compact

Park was quiet at night which was nice. We were able to take out dog on holiday with us. Pool was clean & warm enough to get straight in. Hospital within walking distance.

Cabin was very cramped & very rundown. We requested to be moved to a nicer cabin after the 1st night (we could see cabbins much nicer than ours that were vacant) but our request was completely ignored. Knives put into knife block filthy & covered in food (we then decided to eat out for the duration of our visit which added unexpected expenses). Pool closes very early each day (4.30pm) which meant we couldn't go for a relaxing swim after spending the day sight seeing. There really isn't much to do at this holiday park for families. Park claims to be dog friendly but there are parts of the park that pets aren't allowed and there is no fenced in area to play with your dog. 90% off the park seem to be filled with permanent residential cabins for r retirees - more like a trirement village for the elderly.
