We loved the location and spaciousness of the property. The size of the balcony was awesome. The condo could use some attention to some small details. We really had trouble opening the sliding door and the shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom needs some adjustment. It has very little water pressure because most of the water is flowing out of the tub spigot instead of the shower head.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean, and close to shops and attractions. It was spacious and perfect for a larger family. The balcony view was breathtaking, and we had a lot of fun playing games at the kitchen table. It was really nice to have 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, although the King beds were a little hard. The kids had no complaints about the comfort of their beds. We had to purchase our own dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, coffee pods ~ and no toiletries were included. However, we just grabbed those items with our groceries. We made the mistake of not double checking for a welcome email, so had to make a couple phone calls when we first arrived - but after we had the info, checking in was easy. The indoor and outdoor pools were fun for the kids, and it was great that an umbrella and a couple lawn chairs were included for the beach. Communication with Joe was great, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Furniture needs replaced. Back of one couch, the back piece of wood was broke as well as a wall plate.

This was exactly in the middle for our families to all meet! We had an amazing time!!!

Unit as described with 4 Bedrooms. 1 King and 1 2-Queen bedroom shared a Jack and Jill Bathroom. Very nice balcony which we really enjoyed. Beautiful beach - very family friendly. the kids also enjoyed the pool option. Check in a little chaotic as there were many families all arriving at once - but resident of the unit worked as an efficient "traffic cop" and was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The room/furniture needs updating. It was well worn and the carpet was dirty. We were a little surprised that there basic things missing in the kitchen…ie.. salt pepper, paper towels, napkins. We also ran out of toilet paper. Check in/out was easy. But overall it’s a nice place with beautiful ocean view. We would probably stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, plenty of room in the condo, beautiful views and access! Very relaxing and quiet.

This place has it all! Great beach with easy access, hot tub, lazy river and pool. Very spacious and clean. The facility and grounds are well maintained and cleaned daily. The hosts are easy to communicate with. Fishing pier a short drive away. There is truly something for everyone here! Can’t wait to go back!!!

We had condo S806, it was everything as described. The condo was clean with plenty of room for all of our guests. I loved the contact free check in/out procedures. The building has many full time workers cleaning and maintaining the complex. There are rules, such as the pool hours, etc. but the rules simply made for a nicer vacation. Would gladly use Evolve again and can’t wait until we can return

Once we got tired of salt water we spent time in the pool or lazy river which the kids enjoyed. The condo was spacious enough for all of us- we cooked most breakfast and lunches at home. The condo also has an outside storage with tons of water and sand toys which was a pleasant surprise. We had a few issues but the owner was amazing to work with and quick to resolve any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores. The accommodations were great! Everyone in our family enjoyed the pools, easy beach access, and other accommodations. We highly recommend this to other families.

First big issue is the parking no clear instruction and by mistake we park car under the same building there are several staff member there in parking no one said anything and guess what next day we got $250 to pay since they locked the tire. Then there are no proper instruction we had to read every thing from the book they had left there. Also we had to drop off our own trash bags out and made sure all the towel and linen to the proper place? Is that call hotel? Our toilet got clogged when we call maintenance they said there are plunger use it. We tried didn't work then maintenance came after 4-6 hours. They they mention that the parking pass we need come back after loading the stuff in car and put back to the book as is. I been going to Myrtle beach 3 times a year since last 5 years this was my worst experience Never go again to this place

Great time with family!!! Been years since we've done this. And the space was awesome!! With mom/dad, brother/wife, son/girlfriend, niece/nephew and (5) grand babies ranging from 18 months to 8 years old - we had plenty of room with some to spare!! The balcony was the biggest balcony I've ever been on!! Was very kid safe with the bars close enough that I wasn't concerned with them going through or over. The little table on balcony was perfect to sit around and talk and have coffee in morning or afternoon snacks. Kitchen appliances a plenty to cook anything you wanted. The washer and dryer was awesome - so I arrived and left with clean clothes!! Was great to have the linens, dish clothes &towels and bath towels provided. Thankful for the time that I was able to spend time with my family in your beautiful condo!!!

The condo is large and felt it was adequate for four couples to share. It could use some updating as the couch and loveseat were very uncomfortable from no support when sitting. The dining area was perfect as was the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The master shower was nice and big. Our favorite place was the balcony! It was a great place to hang out enjoy a drink and watch the waves. We were a bit disappointed in the pools that the listing showed. We visited the area early April which meant the main pool was going to be too cold to enjoy so we were excited to have a heated indoor pool only to find out it had been broke for over a year. The lazy river pool was being worked on so that was not an option either. The hot tubs were fine. If we decide to visit the area again we would rent this condo again. If you like ice cream take a very short walk to check out Mr G’s! The area is great for things to do.

We had a wonderful time staying here. There was more than enough room for our 3 families to come together and spend a weekend away. Everyone had plenty of room and our own space. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to stay in (during COVID) and very clean. We loved spending time on the large balcony. We hope to stay here again!
