The house was amazing. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend this house. We had 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids and plenty of room for everyone to have their own area. Being right on the sand made it so enjoyable. Perfect vacay!!

Nice property located on the beach!! Plenty of room for our entire family!! Only drawback was the strange upstairs floor plan which required going through one bedroom to gain access to the other 3 bedrooms. Destin is a great place for a family vacation!!

Well appointed house. Nice views. Small but nice pool. Good kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms are arranged in a dis functional way. Unless you exit outside( like a guesthouse) all the bedrooms have to gothrough the front bedroom to get to a hall. Cannot tell that from the description. Lastly, and most importantly the maintenance organization FIVE STAR PROPERTIIES bascically ruined the vacation with one incident. Their maintenance man showed up at the house unannounced and demanded entry. I refused, we had not called for anything. He became angry and threatened me physically. Should have called police. Reported to FIVE STAR PROPERTY manager who was concerned and apologetic but I never received any feedback so not sure what action was taken.

Great experience with property management. The beach access at this location is heavenly. The house is very nice. Odd layout. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Overall excellent experience.

We enjoyed this house with a large family vacation. Plenty of room, nice walk out to beach, and great location for places.

We just got home from staying in this home for a week with 11 or us there. The location is fantastic! Easy access to everything. Being right on the beach was wonderful and the young man taking care of the beach set ups was so friendly and helpful. The house itself is a great size. Although it has an kind of an awkward layout and that floor plan was not included on Vrbo. It worked out good for us though. The only thing I would encourage improvement on is the pans/skillets need replacing in the kitchen and when they move the floor rugs they need to put them back correctly (the master bedroom rug was all crooked and wrinkled, the 2nd den area rug was all messed up too) but that’s an easy fix. We were overall very impressed with it all and would definitely stay there again.

The house was in great condition and the staff were available to answer any and all questions we had. They even gave me great recommendations.

Large home, plenty of space for many people to enjoy their privacy.
