Location from city centre
Unwelcoming frontage and room. Room looked like it was bits and pieces of mis match furniture. Didn’t look appealing . Kitchen cupboards had been wiped down with a dirty cloth and were all streaked very off putting.

Having access to a large kitchen with all the facilities we needed to make our meals paired with the location being close to many shops. We didn't need to use the laundry but I really appreciate that it was available!
The water pressure in the shower was disappointing. It also took a while to figure out which way to make the water hot. I think a small diagram would save a lot of water while people try to find their right temp.

Easy check in and entry. Electric blanket on bed for winter and freestanding tower fan for summer. Plenty of storage space. Shared kitchen is well equipped. Communication was good, and entry instructions were clear and accurate.
Pillows on bed were too chunky for my personal preference.
Shower head holder bracket was broken (common fault in lots of places I stay) meaning that I couldn't raise the shower head. Didn't negatively affect my stay, but it's worth noting.

The place was lovely, clean & comfortable. The cleaner on shift at the time we arrived was very friendly & helpful. Would recommend & would stay again if I’m ever in Southampton 😊

My red bull was stolen from fridge and someone vomited in lavatory, and didn’t clean !.

Not quite a 4 or a 5 star accommodation but it met my expectation. Room was clean and kitchen was equally clean. Staff was a good communicator and overall pleased with my 1 night stay

The room I stayed in was spatious and very clean. It had a king sized bed, and simple modern furniture (Ikea). There were 2 shared bathrooms for 4 room, not crowded at all at the time of my visit.
Location is fine, but not too close to the city center.
The neighbour's baby was crying all night and (probably) the mother yelling at him/her.

Perfect stay. A great price and extremely clean. Their communication was really good and even allowed us to check in early upon request. Place was easy to find and facilities were great.
