Location was great!

The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced as they lean to one side and the guests who stayed in the room had to put pillows between box springs and mattress to even the bed. The lock to the front door was hard to lock and open. The hall bathroom door was hard to shut.

Location, large enough that we did not feel cramped.

The front door lock combination was too long and very hard to lock on the way out. The bedroom with twin beds can use a better cleaning. There was debris underneath the beds. more ice trays would have been nice would have liked to enjoy the outside more but due to the online reviews, we avoided any conflict with that crappy neighbor.

The property itself and location was great

The next door neighbors where a but of an issue.

It was very neat. It was very clean. It had absolutely everything you could want a grill a highchair and a kid. Potty seat! They could use a few fancier glasses. The property was perfectly maintained.

The front door lock was laughingly complicated. Good thing I went through the gate and came in the back door, which only had a four digit code, and also was completely unlocked so that made it easy to get in. Also, the instructions for how to use the front door lock or inside the house. Let that sink in. The other thing I didn’t like was the thermostat only went down to 70°. Also, the bed mattress was a little soft for me and the pillows were a little fat for me but other than that no big deal kind also, it’s funny that the end of the bed frame was able to hit my shins about five times by the time I left.

The property was one level.. which is good for our mom who is almost 89.

Problem, we couldn’t use the back patio after 10pm without the neighbor pounding on the fence. we had no music, just talking and laughing. It really limited our enjoyment of the property.

The house and yard were very clean. We had no problems with anything during our stay, and we would love to stay there again.

Loved the location. The property was very well kept. Loved the towels! And the laundry machines were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Nice and clean!

Missed being able to get network tv. There are a lot of grass burrs/thorns in the yard and some got into the carpet that we found with bare toes.
