The location was quiet and peaceful. There are multiple sitting area to be enjoyed. We were able to enjoy the hummingbirds and butterflies in the garden areas.

Loved the location and the studio was really functional. It had everything we needed.

That the smoking area was right outside our window. That should either be changed or a large warning flag displayed before booking. I would not have booked the place had I known that.

No breakfast- fully equipped kitchen, and I brought food. Owner and daughter are Brazilian, and I speak Portuguese, so our interactions were sublime. I'm a smoker and smoking area was a gazebo 20 feet away from my door. I didn't use the hot tub, I was too busy. Studio was small and period (about 1950s-60s) but quaint and lovely. Probably a bit tight for two.

Mosquitos. No screen on the front door. At 9:38pm on Wed. the internet slowed down, also at 8:34am Thurs. Noisy neighbors on Wed. night enjoyed a few drag races up and down the road on quads between 8-9pm. Thurs. night was all quiet, so maybe this is only occasional.

This "Artsy Studio" was AMAZING! Think, "high-end, nicely appointed, clean, lay-out perfectly planned, decorated with attention to detail AND functionality to include the many outdoor living spaces."

Knowing that each day would end with a relaxing soak in the hot tub or sitting outdoors gazing at the night sky, was all that was required for a rest-filled night. Length of stay was way too short.

Great location close to the Paton Hummingbird Center. Wonderful staff and host. Facility was well appointed with recently remodeled walkin shower, nice compact kitchen area and additional seating outside the unit for meals or relaxing.

Melissa was the local contact person who promptly and effectively responded to our request for help setting the ac temperature. Easy to find and well equipped unit.

Parkng rules permitting drop off and pick up only next to the casitas and requiring all guests vehicles to be parked outside of the fenced area seemed unnecessary There is plenty of space for 1 vehicle to park next to each of the casitas.

Very quiet. Room is pretty. It has cook stove top, small fridge, dishes and utensils Laundry available.

Host was exceptional.
