Wonderful stay at the Yellow House. Perfect for older couples not wanting to trek across 30A to the beach. The house was precious and full of charm. We will be back!

always a great stay and great location

I gave it 5 stars but could have easily been 4, just because of the little things that could or should be done to make the experience so much better. The positives- the pictures are accurate as is the description, the location is amazing, right on the beach, 4 bedrooms, plenty of space. Nice big kitchen and I loved the fact it’s single storey. The downsides- this place needs some money out in to it in my opinion- the beds are very firm, bed sheets are a bit stiff, the toilet bowl brushes need replacing, the couches need to be professionally cleaned, new frying pans (impossible to cook eggs on those pans) and the WiFi has a blank spot in one corner of the house (minor). Again, great location, but as this house has been owned by them for decades I think they should spend some money on the insides without giving up the authenticity of the house. I would stay here again.

Perfect location on the beach! Loved the deck area that overlooked the beach and the private beach access. The home is filled with pictures of the family over the years - a lot of neat history - and it is warm and welcoming. It's an easy walk to Seaside (around a mile). The property manager is wonderful and prompt in communications. Would definitely stay again!

Place is a gem thank you

Spectacular views of the beach. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of chairs and beach toys for our indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Centrally located.

Have stayed here before. Great location on the beach. House is unassuming on the front but nice on the inside. Love the grassy area in the back (maybe set the sprinklers to 1 hour instead of 2).
