Location was amazing and the view breathtaking. Can’t wait to for our next stay.

Beautiful place and great views of Beaver lake. About 27 miles from Eureka Springs nice to be a little bit away from the town if you enjoy nature. The kitchen could use a little bit of work but other than that the rooms were an excellent size the two separate living areas on the different levels was very nice for the family and two nice balconies. We would return.

Incredible views for a peaceful family vacation. Very spacious. Probably could use a little TLC but, definitely right for the price.

The view is the best feature of this property. I wished they had another common bathroom in the common area of main kitchen and leaving room . So the master bedroom doesn't become common bathroom of 2nd and third floor. Also I have stayed in other cabins of eureka springs of this caliber and they had gas charcoal grill, this one did not and even though they provided the charcoal it still was dirty and inconvenience to operate. Carpet had several stains . The downstair windows of bedrooms did not have screen so we could open the window and enjoy the fresh air without fear of bugs coming in. These issues should have not been there considering the price they change for . The owner was not aware of few issues, so hopefully for next guest could be fixed.

A theatrical backdrop from which to view luminescent solar display and listen to the calls of birds. Deck is perfectly splendid as is everything about this lake retreat. Definitely coming back.

Although I would rethink dragging a boat to the property, due to limited space for parking, this was a great getaway location for our family to host my grandson's birthday weekend. Plenty of room in the house, as well as stellar views overlooking Beaver Lake from two large decks, it was within a short drive of Eureka Springs and Rogers. We will be back!

Our stay in the twin houses (Eagle’s Best & Buckey’s Place) was amazing! The scenery was very beautiful and the houses very clean & nice! The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make accommodations for us when needed!
