What sold me on booking this was the pictures of the porch with the big table, the area rugs (I hate how just tile feels and echoes), and the master bedroom having a door to the ocean. The porch was amazing! If we weren’t on there beach or the pool, we were on the porch. The ceiling fans were a wonderful touch. The staff was easy to contact and very friendly. My boys loved having their own room and having so many options for where to sleep. They also loved the gave cabinet. I didn’t get a chance to look on it but they had a few different games out at various times to play. I highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a great, clean, family friendly place to stay on the beach.

We have stayed at Windy Shores for many many years starting in 1984. We stayed in this unit back in 2012. We've also stayed in 103, 106, 205, & 206. We love the balcony access to the pool area and being right on the beach. There is no comparing the set up. But, the unit was filthy. The realty company employees were rude as well. We've never gone through this Realty company before and I won't rent from them again. As far as how they are managing their properties, the owners should be appalled and start looking for a new management company.

There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. It was a real workout bringing our luggage and groceries upstairs. This is something to really think about before booking if you cannot do stairs or carry too much weight. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all needed utensils, plates, pots and pans. The apartment however, was not very clean. We could not turn on the ceiling fans as there were big, dark, dust balls falling from them. It seemed like no one had ever bothered to clean under the sofas or the beds. I have a toddler who is learning how to walk and crawls everywhere. We were constantly taking off debris and dirt off his hands and this was a big inconvenience as we constantly had to hold him so that he wouldn't eat the nastiness that was on the floors. Overall we had a nice stay however, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, especially since we were charged $225 cleaning fee.

We travel to the area 2-3 times per year. Generally one of these is with the whole family which is currently 6 adults and kids ages 7, 4 and 1. We loved the location, Being down at the end of that stretch of Ocean Blvd the street traffic was lighter than other areas. We loved the large deck and closeness to the ocean. Having easy front and back access doors was great for hauling the littles and all their things, The condo itself was nice. The cleaning crew should spend a little more time checking the corners and under chairs beds etc., we found a few things from prior vacationers. We stayed in the master bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case with rentals. Remote check in/check out isn't ideal, but not a big hassle. It is only the second time in 10+ trips that we've had to do that so maybe we've been fortunate? Probably the biggest disappointment was that the photos show a crib in one of the bedrooms, but it was no longer there. That was one of the reasons we chose this condo. We had to go out and get one, when had we known we could have brought one from home and not had to buy a pack and paly that wasn't needed after the week.

Let me first say that the location and view of the ocean were 5 stars. Very easy access and the view from the deck is excellent. You couldn’t ask for better in terms of that. The parking is difficult especially if you end up with a spot under the building. You can barely fit todays sized cars in the spots, I’m guessing because the building is older. But they do have an overflow parking close by so that’s not a huge deal. The inside of the building needed some cleaning but it wasn’t horrible. Our feet stayed black walking barefoot inside. It seems like a good deep cleaning is not done after every stay as there was trash under some of the beds. Also the hot water doesn’t last long at all after two showers (with a group of 8) the water was cold. Overall though the view and location is what carries the weight for this rental. If you are ok with a mostly clean rental with a great view then I would definitely stay here.

The stay was great. The view and location was beautiful. One complaint is the cleanliness. Super thick dust on the ceiling fans and the master toilet was very wobbly.

We loved our stay. Would come back most definitely. Nice layout.very much enjoyed the outdoor patio . Beach was very nice. Pool was also nice. Near good restaurants,bars and shopping.

It was clear upon arrival that whoever had been cleaning this proper he hadn’t been coming for sometime, or if they were they were not cleaning the way they should be. There was dust covering the ceiling fans. The dishwasher was full when we got there and there was grounds in the coffee pot. The floors felt slimy and nasty. The window to see outside was covered and my husband had to clean it so we could even see the beach. After seeing two different roaches, not palmetto bugs, we left a night early. I didn’t ask for anyone to come and clean during our stay because it was clear whoever was cleaning wasn’t doing their job . So I did not want to inconvenience my family by asking them to come and rearrange our schedule to accommodate. I couldn’t let my crawling baby on the floor without putting blankets down because of gross floors and cracked tile. It was a very disappointing trip for our family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Having three bedrooms and plenty of beds was great. Nice large balcony and pool. Right on the beach with a nice view.

Our favorite part of the trip was being able to all sit on the balcony together. The accommodations were just right for our group of 6 women.

This place is exactly as pictured! Super close walk to the beach and convenient for 2 families with kids (age range 1year old-8 year old). The pool was great and everything was a short drive away. I would highly recommend this rental!!

The vacuum that was there didn’t work properly so I couldn’t clean the carpets. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans but could use an upgrade on necessary cooking utensils. The remnants upstairs were extremely loud and kept us up half the night with stomping. Overall we had a nice time but I would not stay there again unless it was deep cleaned from top to bottom and upgraded with new bedding.

It's a very nice place and the balcony is the selling point! The only flaws are there's not enough towels. With a family of 9 we were doing laundry for towels every day! It's all about location and this worked for everyone. Thankyou for letting us rent from you and I'm sure we'll be back!

Loved the private beach not being crowded! Big, roomy condo with easy beach access. The provided parking spit was roomy as well compared to other spots. We had an issue with extremely loud music coming from another unit assuming it was from people there for bike week. That's the only complaint so do your research as bike "week" is actually 2 weeks and traffic is bad and parties are all around. We still had a great time and enjoyed the condo! Highly recommend!!

With a huge balcony to sit, lie or just watch the dolphins swimming by it is a perfect place. Inside the 3 bedroom condo are all the amenities one needs for a short or long stay. Description of condo was spot on. We enjoyed walking on the beach everyday, nearby golf courses are plenty and pickleball could be found close by. Food and entertainment nearby was both good and varied. But if you want to stay in and cook everything you needed was there. Would love to go back!

The condo was so clean and the amount of space and beds was great. The pool area was very well maintained and access to the beach was just as described. Our family had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely look to book there in the future.

The unit was very spacious and we could tell when we walked in, it had been cleaned well. The ocean view is amazing and the big deck was really nice. We did have some issues during our stay, but they were taken care of very promptly. I brought one of my own pillows but the ones in the unit were just as nice. The only downside was that the bed in the master bedroom was really soft and felt like you were going to fall out of it. All of the kids beds were fine though. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
