The house was clean and cool. Loved the dock and the kids had a ball swimming and fishing from the dock. Great location. There was 14 of us that stayed and had plenty of room.

House was clean, and newly updated. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. Washer and dryer. Beautiful porch and backyard with a private dock to fish off of for the kids. Our fishing guide was able to pick us up right at the house.

If you like to fish, it's absolutely perfect. It could have been cleaner on the outside like it was so thick with pollen and spider webs. Outside equipment was not ready for use but we made it work. Overall good spot for a quick get away...Thanks for accommodating us!!

Clean and new perfect get away

Our little one calls this place the fish house and lives his best life here. This is our second booking with family and we enjoyed every minute of this beautiful property. Great fishing, swimming, s’mores, grilling, and relaxing on the porch)

House had everything we needed for the stay. Besides some extra sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Also, needed a few more towels to bath with. Perfect place for those who love to fish. To dock our boat it was around the corner from us. Took seconds to get there. It had a nice outdoor area to sit and fire and BBQ pit. We should have bought some games to play outside for those who don’t really fish. As far as sleeping, there was room that fit our family of 14. 12 in beds and 2 people on the sofa pull out. Plenty enough room for a blow up mattress or two. Store is right down road for gas/food/fishing and tackle place. Wal mart is about 20 minutes away. Overall a great house and well kept! Beautiful view and a great place to fish off the dock. We caught 40 fish off of it! Thank you again Ryan! Everything was perfect!

Property was clean an spacious. The dock was perfect for a small boat and for kids to fish off of. I had a few questions leading up to our stay and we got very prompt answers to our inquiries. We would definitely stay her again.

Great house, centrally located at mid-lake. Very clean and nicely updated. Plenty of parking for all the boats in your group.

I would stay here again! We all had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Nice fire pit and private back yard. We were able to have 3 boats at the dock. The only negative would be that there were no mirrors in the rooms. We had 4 couples with two bathrooms, Ezra mirrors would have been mice

The place was very clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor area! Plentyof room for grilling and hanging out to play games and fish off the pier. The living room is a little small for a large group but it’s very updated and was a perfect place for meeting our fishing guide at Pendleton Harbor. We had a fantastic time!

We had a great time at Toledo Bend and this place was a huge part of that. Everything was clean and as advertised. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed spring break with family. House was perfect for us. We brought boat and kept at dock each day. Very concise isn’t for fishing. Outdoor firepit was great, bring your own firewood. Very clean and as pictures show definitely would come again or recommend.

After major freeze there were two leaks in the piping. Ryan responded immediately and there were no delays!! Easy place to park my 22’ boat. Dock is high and have to climb ladder or jump off front of boat. Launch was downhill from house and a fair distance. Boat launch was steep but had no problem launching. Launch very close to the house, less than 3 minutes. Had great appliances and plenty of cups, glasses, silverware, etc. Home was great for all of my family.

This was a nice and relaxing place for our family to visit. We enjoyed the dock and sitting in the back yard.

Can’t compliment the owners enough on this property! Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the house, amazingly comfortable bedding, fire pit which we used every night, boat dock and cleaning station just a walk away and adorable decor! I definitely recommend this for the perfect getaway!
