Great location and access to tubing. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels for all our guests. The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.

Everything was wonderful,the only thing that wasn't working correctly was the WIFI. We couldn't get a good connection and were told to move closer to the green cabin.

The home needs many maintenance improvements. The doors don’t close and jam. The handrail on the back porch was broken and rotten. The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.

We had an awesome 3 days with family and friends! The Bluebonnet Cabin was clean and spacious for our group of 9. Floated the river all afternoon watching the ducks and several turtles looking for people food. There was great shade under a large pecan tree by the cabin with the grill and deck. Will be back!

You need to make it very clear on your website that the AC cannot go below 74 degrees. Nights were very hot and uncomfortable in the house. If your AC freezes when you go below that the. Get a new AC unit!! Will not book that place ever again
