We had a group of 6 parents that stayed at the house for parents weekend. The house was perfect for our group and a great location. The pictures do not do it justice! We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year.

Beautiful home walking distance from Rupp. Gregory was there to greet us upon check in and was kind and considerate. We really enjoyed our time in this very comfortable and well appointed property. Being able to walk to Rupp Arena was such a bonus because traffic and parking would have been very stressful on such a busy weekend! We would definitely stay here again.

We all met in Lexington at this wonderful home to fellowship and hit the bourbon trail. Gregory, the owner of this lovely home was fantastic from the point of booking until checkout. He met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a complete tour. The home was wonderfully appointed, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and gathering areas. We were in need of nothing. All the basics were provided. Throughout the weekend, there were many comments from our group as to how much we enjoyed staying here. Gregory, thank you for the use of one of your homes and for your gracious hospitality.

This property is awesome !!! 4 couples weekend at Keeneland. Walking distance downtown. Home was clean and decorated very nice. WE are hoping to rent again next April.

The chic townhome has all the amenities of home with an extra twist of fun! It’s located within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and bars and a short drive to renowned bourbon distilleries and horse farms.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway to bring in the New Year! Loved the decor and the spacious rooms!!

We have stayed at this property multiple times mainly because the owner is amazing and the house accommodates everyone. We brought our daughter’s three octogenarian grandparents to see her graduation and they were very mobile and comfortable. The layout of the Helm House is fantastic and very close to everything in downtown Lex.

We just returned from a long weekend in Lexington at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was clean and the listing was accurate. We had a maintenance issue that required attention from the owner (Gregory) on our first day, we texted him on our way out the door and he was there with a handyman within the hour and the issue was resolved before we returned. We would definitely stay here again!

We used this property during our wedding weekend. My husband and his groomsmen stayed here the night before our wedding. It was a lovely space and perfect for a bunch of couples to stay and each be very comfortable and have their own space. Great location in downtown Lexington. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the townhouse and Greggory is a wonderful host. The location is perfect for walking downtown. The only thing we didn’t care for was how noisy it was at night. We are from a very quiet street at home so this was our only compliant. Everything is else is perfect, there were 10 of us staying in the home.

Gregory truly loves this space and it shows in every single way with meticulous cleanliness, charming decor, and top notch management. If you are with a larger group that likes to have some space for themselves, look nowhere else.

I can start with the beautiful, unique, and wonderful house, but I need to say something about Gregory forst. I stayed in many places and met many wonderful hosts. Gregory is absolutely the best. He greeted us and showed us around and he was very helpful. He provided guidance, help, and support during the whole stay with our questions, and requests. Our son's wedding was even more special because of this house that actually is better looking than what pictures tell with everything you will need and more so with Gregory's amazing hosting. He even offered the two tuxedos we could not return due to Labor Day weekend to its origin the next day, so we would not get a penalty. He always answered the calls, texts with the most pleasant attitude that made us feel good due to the fact that we really asked many questions with sometimes a little worry. The house is absolutely gorgeous, featured in Architect Digest, living room is great for family gathering. Memories we created here will not be forgotten. Thank you, Gregory. Sibel

Beautiful historic home in a great neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out in the house. felt safe and easy to walk to lots of fun restaurants and bars.

We had a group of 10 adults celebrating a 50th birthday together, and were blown away by the quality of this property. While it's beautiful in the listing, the pictures don't truly do it justice. Gregory, the property owner, took the time to walk us through the property when we checked in, and made a point of making sure we had absolutely everything we needed and didn't have any questions. You can tell a lot of care and effort went into creating a truly comfortable place to stay, and the decorations and amenities on the property are all top notch. We were in easy walking distance from lots of great restaurants and bars in downtown Lexington, and enjoyed our long weekend stay here tremendously.

We had a family of adults and a few friends staying here for the weekend of our son's wedding. This place was the perfect location for us. The home is one of the most lovely, well decorated, and well appointed home we have ever stayed in. Many extras like shampoo/conditioner in all the showers, spices, coffee, and extras in kitchen and super soft sheets on every comfortable bed! I cant recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay for our bourbon trail experience at this beautiful home in the heart of historic Lexington. The property manager was great with communication and even helped us retrieve a forgotten item. This home was walking distance to a ton of restaurants, breweries, and cocktail bars. If you are looking for a property to accommodate a large group look no further. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Greg’s Rental and it was even better than in the photos! You can’t find a better location for downtown Lexington and the Gratz Park area is top notch. Greg was very accommodating and met us when we checked in. The home is lovely with top end furnishings. Thanks for a wonderful 3 night stay!

We were in town for UKy’s graduation, Kentucky Derby celebration and Mother’s Day and enjoyed a 3 night stay in this property. Gregory went above and beyond our expectations as a host!!! We can’t thank him enough for making our celebratory weekend that much more special. We enjoyed walking to graduation, eating at the local Wine and Cheese Market, strolling through the historic neighborhoods and hosting a lovely graduation dinner for our family in the home. Couldn’t recommend this property enough! It had everything we needed and more!

We stayed here for the Horse races - amazing property and great host!

There were six adults that stayed here to attend a concert at the Rupp center. We were thrilled that we could walk to great restaurants and our concert! This place is BEAUTIFUL! Comfy beds, so well stocked with toiletries, dishes, and some extras like cans of cranberry juice or bottled water! We loved that there was a K-cup coffee maker, as well as a regular system. The suites on the bottom and the top floors was like it’s own apartment (with mini fridge). The elevator was amazing meaning we didn’t have to haul our bags up the steps!! Gregory was wonderful to work with and responded quickly when we were looking for a place to eat or shop. We will certainly stay here again! Lovely place and an amazing experience!

Stayed for 4 days with family to visit from bourbon distilleries. Lots of great bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend and great for all ages!

So nice, the photos do not do it justice. Property owners have all the amenities needed to be comfortable with your stay. Lots of steps with four floors. An elevator helps with those that want to avoid the steps.

The property is amazing and clean and laid out very nicely for a large group. Great property inside and out, excellent location near downtown, closer to Transylvania that UK, but still close to all. And Gregory has excellent communication and is very welcoming.

I booked this house for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding day. This property was even better than advertised, which is not a common thing to see! It was clean and spacious and has the cutest little courtyard in the back that my husband and I used for our first look. The host, Gregory, was generous and even went out of his way to help out my bridesmaids the day of check out when their Lift driver ditched them because she apparently didn't want to put luggage in her car. Next time we have a bigger group visiting Lexington we will definitely book again with Gregory!

Wonderful, convenient location - easily walkable to restaurants, venues and more. The property is as good if not better than advertised. It’s perfect for adult stays. The two studio-like rooms provided privacy and plenty of room for work too. Gregory was a great and accessible host with responsive communication. I hope the property is available when we come back again next spring!

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Exactly as advertised, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, super clean, and had everything that our family of 12 needed! Would stay again of ever in Lexington again.
