This is the first time I have stayed in this area that I had to pay for parking.

Free parking for guest.

Interesting decor…felt like walking into a hotel that had just opened…spacious room, well-appointed…great food, good value.

When we first arrived, the valet was reluctant to help with our bags. The valet on the way out was great.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent staff & super clean. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The staff was super nice

the suite we stayed in was very nice and spacious.

they are very stingy with little extras. there was only 1 bottle of water in the room. no coffee. even if you offer these as paid items they should be in the room. it also wasn’t cleaned well and we had half eaten food from previous guests left behind. you’ll also hear traffic most of the night. the hotel acknowledges this and offers ear plugs if you need them. also, parking needs to be sorted. the parking attendant initially sent me to a full parking lot and was a little jerky when I returned for valet telling me that happens and you just have to deal with it sometimes. it shouldn’t happen, though, as they force you to get a pass from them to park anywhere on site. they should know when they’re at capacity. when I picked the car up, I was waiting with my wife who was on a phone call and the valet killed the car and took my keys … presumably to force me to see him and give him a tip before I left. I went back and took the keys from him and chided him since getting that a/c going in Florida is a necessity.
