Stayed at the property for a week with four other couples using it as a base camp for motorcycle riding in the area. Everything was great… Plenty of room and parking for vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles. Easy to get to various attractions in middle KY. Home was spotless and comfortable for all with each bed room having its own bathroom. Property owner/manager was very helpful and made themselves available checking on us via email throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

From Florida to KY for a college graduation, this house was PERFECT for the whole family. Nicely equipped with all the amenities, plenty of privacy but also plenty of gathering space. The view is breathtaking! Our family celebrated a great accomplishment and we were able to do it all together under one roof comfortably. Beautiful memories made & we WILL return again for sure!

Rebecca and the house our amazing. It felt like the family was in a Hallmark movie location. The house was spacious and easily fit 6 adults and 4 kids. The location is beautiful and the horse and donkeys are a great bonus.

Fantastic property nestled among the horse farms of Kentucky! The house has everything for a weekend get away with friends or family - plenty of room for 8 friends on our annual golf trip. The owners we easy to work with - great communication and quick responses to our questions. Online descriptions were spot on and the overall property was amazing. Book with confidence!

We loved this house so much! It was better than the pictures and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was well laid out. It was an easy enough drive to the Kentucky Horse Park for us. The donkeys were so fun too! We would love to stay again!

We had out of state family members and some KY locals. The house was perfect for large family gatherings. Comfortable and safe even for little kids. Huge yard with the rescue donkeys were a big hit with everyone. Well appointed large kitchen with easy serving from central island. Easy to care for wood floors and lots of bathrooms and. Comfortable beds. Rebecca the owner was so helpful and never intrusive. We loved the blackberry jam she gave us!! We will definitely rent here again for next family gathering in Lexington. Beautiful surrounding farms, roads and lanes to explore.

Where to even begin!?! From the beautiful home on a breathtaking property, to the amenities, proximity to shopping, dinning and SO much bourbon and let’s not forget the rescue donkeys, horses and barn kitties!! Our host Rebecca was responsive, kind, helpful and welcoming. We travel often and globally and this was hands down one of the very best experiences to date! Thank you for playing such an important part in our making of memories!

Our family met here as a central location to spend some time together. The home worked out wonderfully for our needs. It’s in a beautiful setting where we could relax and enjoy spending quality time with each other.

We went to celebrate our anniversary, we felt we were in a 5 star home. We felt safe and secure. The house was very accommodating to our large group of friends. We enjoyed cooking and eating in most evenings. Very much recommend!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving celebration. The little ones loved feeding the donkeys and the horse. The house is in the middle of horse country and close to the bourbon trail. The property was beautiful and the house was spacious with nice furnishings and well stocked. The only negative for us was having to laundry the towels before leaving after paying a cleaning fee, but it wouldn’t stop us from returning again.

This house is amazing. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The horse and donkeys love a little attention and carrots and apples. Great place to gather and plan the next day’s activities. Owner is wonderful and very responsive .

All 8 of us, were really amazed at this beautiful property! So well-appointed and the grounds expansive too. All of the rooms furnished beautifully and practically any utensils, hotel-type toiletries and accessories you may need were there. Had some communications with both owners who were great to deal with, from providing local suggestions to delivering additional supplies. The horse, donkeys and cats were great to have around. Only 10 minutes to the local Costco, and other shopping. If doing some of the Bourbon Trail, you can easily go as far west as Frankfort with an easy 1 hour drive.

This stunning and spacious home was very clean and the perfect retreat for our group. It allowed everyone space to unwind when they were ready to relax. The patio was perfect for relaxing as a group.

Wow. What a stay! Our group came for the bourbon trail and had an amazing time at this location. Having coffee on the patio and watching the red sunrises and hearing the crickets chirping while horses and donkeys graze in the pasture is something we will remember for a long time. Beautiful.

A group of friends traveled to Lexington for the Railbird music festival and some bourbon tasting and we were very lucky to find this wonderful property. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything you needed and more. We actually got stuck in Louisville the evening we were to check in and didn't get to the house until late and it was already full of snacks and drinks. We were very surprised and thankful. The host was very attentive and the accommodations were perfect. Can't wait to come back next year.

If you are reading this, then you are considering this beautiful property. DON’T hesitate. It is more then advertised. Lots of attention to detail, too much to include unless I want to write a novel . I will definitely book this property anytime I am in the area. The animals were an added bonus!

Excellent property and the property manager is outstanding! Extremely thoughtful and very accommodating. Extremely well provisions with thoughtful items you might forget for a trip! Excellent property. Enjoyed the visit extremely. Can’t wait to come back.

Adult family members met from four different states to participate in Horsey Hundred bike ride and loved staying together in beautiful home and setting. Very comfortable home just as described in listing. Kitchen fully stocked with pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Had outdoor fire one evening, played cards at dining room table, ate on outdoor patio, plenty of parking, enjoyed donkeys and horse. Definitely stay again if in the area!

This property is phenomenal! Spotless and beautiful throughout. Becky is super sweet and supplied so many things from toilet paper to snacks, which most home owners don’t, to make our trip outstanding. She even supplies firewood. Mini donkeys and a horse to feed and pet added to the vacation too. We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years, but this one in the BEST ever!! Hope to return in the near future!

The best VRBO location ever... Rebecca was an absolutely joy to work with before and during our stay. The house was clean, orderly and had plenty of amenities to support our stay. All questions where answered as soon as I text Rebecca and there were only a few. Rebecca was very attentive to any needs we had and was always in the background and out of our way during our stay. We will definitely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family has stayed at many properties over the years, but this property by far exceeded all our expectations. It was extremely clean, well taken care of, and absolutely beautiful. There was nothing we needed--the house was well equipped. Owners were very gracious.
