This house was wonderful! Bryan was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire booking process and check in were seemless. The house was well equipped with anything youd need and more. We highly recommend this host and house.

Our family of 8 spent a week at this rental and enjoyed every minute! The accommodations were outstanding, and Brian was very communicative, making sure our stay was everything we expected. I would highly recommend renting this home and we hope to return!

Property manager let us know in advance building had been struck by lighting couple days leading up to our stay and that he was working on fixing what he could and arranging service. His communication was fantastic. And even though the elevator couldn’t be fixed for our stay, he was more than generous refunding us. The property jtself was beautiful, too notch amenities, easy access to beach. We will be staying again in the future

This location currently has ocean views from the second floor all the way to the top, and amazing marsh views on the backside of the property just over the neighborhood pool, which is conveniently located about 40’ from the house! The house was clean, and had a massive wall mounted flatscreen TV. Owner was super nice and promptly answered every concern we had. My only wish is to be able to score this location again in the future!

We had an amazing week in this beach house. There was plenty of room for the entire family of 9 people. The house was new and clean. The pool is located just behind the house and the beach was a short walk away. The beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and wagon were an added bonus. We loved all the porches and the views. Brian was a great host and provided for every need for his guests.

It is sometimes hard to trust reviews that you read but this is a case where everything that I read in the reviews it what we found at the house. Location was great. House was supplied with everything we needed plus some. Was leary about not bringing our own beach chairs but believe that the (10) chairs provided where high quality Tommy Bahama. Sent two questions to owner and had responses in less than 30 minutes. By far the best VRBO experience to date.

We have stayed in many places and traveled much. I don’t think there is one detail Brian had not considered. The home, furnishings, location, decor and amenities were spectacular. It’s like every detail you would imagine is thought of. We were delighted to meet Brian in our check-in and what a great guy. He checked on us and made sure we had all we needed. We even had a small issue that was our fault and he was so kind in resolving it. Just a delight to stay at this property. Our suggestion to future guests, instead of using the community beach access suggestion, that has stairs over the dune, go to the right out of the neighborhood and use the 9th street public access, which has no stairs and a cart can be pulled over it. I also feel it’s closer to the beach from Brian’s house. If you have many chairs or umbrellas, bring a cart that is sand friendly. The access to the beach is aprox 150 yards, no big deal. Easy. We highly suggest this property and endorse Brian as an excellent owner and communicator.

I am a very straight forward and honesty when it comes to reviews, recommendations and referrals! I don’t pull punches or hold back if something is not right! So -when I say it is an absolutely amazing property you can take it to the bank! Perfectly maintained home, with a great layout. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances cookware, utensils and spices. The elevator makes it easy to load in and out at the beginning and end of stay! Beach views unlimited. The host is spot on with communications. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. You will not find a better place-

Once again this house did not disappoint! Once again I had the chance this time to take my younger sister to this beautiful oasis .for her 62nd birthday! It was just her and I in this heavenly Home. She was so pleased and happy-She said and I quote- I have never been in a more beautiful home location and all the esentials we could need. So once again---Home Run. We had a great family trip to Topsail. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! The elevator was very helpful for my mother to enjoy the property without having to walk the stairs:) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! Beds were super comfortable! Awesome location, Beautiful Ocean views from all four floors ,awesome bed 's This Home had everything you will need for you stay the only thing i can think this place needs are more chairs on all balconies & a Broom & dust pan it dose have a Carpet to Floor sweeper but I'm old school overall a very beautiful property . i would recommend this home for your next vacation !!!!!!! thank you for a great vacation in your home the King's

This home is located in a place where the view is awesome......Beautiful blue water ..Sitting on front balcony Very well equipped Kitchen actually the best I have ever saw, and I don't mess cheap! All conveniences and the elevator really helped my 80 year old mom enjoy her stay. I loved decor in the entire place and Brian was great in getting back to me when I had any concerns. I hope to be able to go there again.

This was our 2nd year at this property and it's just as great as last time. Everything is clean and looks just as good as our last trip. Everything you could want is available in the kitchen or pantry and the view to the beach across the road is clear. Highly recommend

The house was very nice and well stocked. Huge tv screen made it easy for everyone to enjoy shows from the spacious living room area.

This house is gorgeous. The decorations were perfectly suited to this beach getaway. The house was so comfortable, and had everything we needed for our home away from home. The kitchen was the best I have seen in any VRBO home, and had everything you could need or want. The pantry was fully stocked, and made cooking and entertaining so easy and enjoyable. Brian was a fantastic host, and was so responsive to any question or concern we had. He even refunded us one day's stay when a pile of dirt was mistakenly dropped off during our week of vacation. He answered any call, showed up when necessary, and really made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, and sunrise from the front deck was just breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon!

This home was absolutely perfect for 10 adults over a long weekend! So many thoughtful touches to make our stay so comfortable. Great beds, towels, beach chairs, fully outfitted kitchen and abundance of supplies! So much room for everyone to find a great place to sit, relax, enjoy the outside or inside, read, talk, cook or eat. We never felt crowded and really enjoyed the entire stay. Only suggestion is to add more outdoor deck chairs, since there are so many nice decks off each room and on both sides of the house. Thank you for making this stay one of the best ever vacations we've had!

This was our third visit to this home and once again our trip was fantastic! Brian does an excellent job is supporting his guest and keeping the home accommodating!

One of the best paces we have stayed as a family!! Lots of room for all 7 of us including two children 2 & 5 years old. The elevator made it super easy for transporting all of our luggage inside. Could not have been a better location, community pool is right across from drive way. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and there was a great pillow selection for every bedroom. Lots of beach towels and chairs for guest use. Would recommend beach wagon for transporting things to the beach, since it is about a block and a half away. Owner provided so many extras that you don't get at else where. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Only problem we had was broken can opener and he brought a replacement over in about ten minutes!! Talk about quick response! Brian and his property are both fantastic! Can't wait to visit again!!

Also, the shower room was perfect for storing our beach equipment and it was nice having a waterhose available in the parking area. We will hopefully return to this home on our next trip to Topsail!

our family has rented houses up and down the NC cost for close to 20 years--this house was the most well stocked house we've ever had....Everything you need for the week from Beach Umbrellas to frying pans is all right there.--plus it was extremely clean! Owner extremely easy and great to work with. Walk to beach is easy, weather was great Topsail a great spot.

This is a lovely property and is exactly as seen in photos. Very clean. Nice beach. All beds are extremely soft, you may want to keep this in mind if you have a bad back that requires a firmer mattress with good support.
