The transition to Vacasa was a little confusing. Instructions on check in were inconsistent. The place was nice though. No complaints at all with the place we stayed at.

Water line popping in wall when neighbors showered kept me up late one night, but the place was clean, easy to access and easy check in/out. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and furniture. The grounds are beautifully landscaped.

Property positives: nice lay out with screened in porch close walking distance to beach. Negatives about property: dirty with hair in bathroom, exposed wires in master bedroom and the TV upstairs doesn’t work properly. Things reported on arrival for our 4 night stay: broken door facing with nails exposed, upstairs commode leaks, no cleaning products available. The worst thing reported was no hot water. We had one hot shower the entire 4 days stay. This was reported with no since of urgency from guest services at Vacasa. Instead they stated it was a known issue and to pretty much run the water longer to get the hot water. We ran one shower over an hour one evening and still no hot water. Horrible customer service. We have been coming to IOP for over 20 years and it’s sad that the property and guests are being ignored.

The location cannot be beat. The exterior is a little tired and could use a fresh coat of paint. The interior is welcoming and comfortable.

This ground floor access unit is a great location for a long weekend beach trip.

Great location near the beach!

We had a relaxing, wonderful stay. We were able to see a nice view of the sunrise from the master bedroom that we enjoyed. Also there are so many golf clubs in the area to choose from. One being so close you could walk to. If your not into golf or tennis, which some of us opted not to, we enjoyed a beautiful short walk to a beautiful shopping area and had a great cup off coffee and then rented electric bikes and rode them down the beach. Had the best time. We all enjoyed relaxing at the beach and enjoying the sunshine. This unit was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was cute and comfortable and best of all clean. We would book again.

This is an annual event my friends and I visit every January/February timeframe. Use to rent a hotel room but changed to something more comfortable. We have stayed at Mariner’s Walk 8A on several occasions and loved it. The Vacasa staff is always attentive. Very relaxing, everything needed is included, close to our event and a short walk to the ocean (a huge plus). Hopefully it will be available on next year.

We have small children and being so close to the pool and beach was a big plus for us! Pool is literally feet away and you can see the ocean from the top floor. The condo overall was fine. A little outdated (bedding). Like other reviews the twin beds do make a lot of noise. I ended up putting pillows between mattresses and headboard to help so it wouldn’t bother our twins. King bed was fine! The cleaning on arrival could of been a little better. Cell service is pretty bad too but that’s for all of wild dunes apparently. Overall, we’d stay in this condo again but would hope for better cleaning and maybe beds get fixed.

Condo was spotlessly clean, had plenty of fresh towels, showers are great. Beautiful place and location.

The comfort of the home and accessibility to beach and close enough to travel to Charleston. Would recommend checking heat/air conditioning -- in November, it would get pretty hot -- and outdoors was in the 40s.

This is in an amazing location. Beautiful property and path right to the pool and beach. We hope to be back! We are returning home recharged.

Condo location with pool access & beach access was perfect with a toddlee

The location is great, but the unit is in need of some updates. The twin beds both loudly creaked/squeeked with every move that our kids made, sometimes waking them up. The washer/dryer stack seems to be just about dead. We couldn't get the dryer to work for more than 10 mins at a time and this was not fixed during our stay. The dryer would turn off by itself and then need about 60-90 mins to cook down before staying again. We ended up at laundromat to dry our clothes before the flight home. Very frustrating to lose hours while on vacation. Both upstairs bathroom sinks were very slow to drain and the master bath toilet would randomly drain/ full up. These 2 issues were addressed during our stay. With the price to rent a unit like this, I'd think that it would be kept up a bit more.

Beautiful views with close proximity to the beach and pool make this nicely-decorated condo a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Dryer can flat make some noise when used, probably age. Thermostat must be remotely operated. Heat was on this morning without touching the thermostat.

It was a decent place with just a few minor flaws...it was very clean, but the furnishings were pretty run down. There is a broken cupboard door broken/off hinges when you open it. The twin bed room vanity/medicine cabinet is broken of in pieces on the top. and the towel bar has torn drywall. Condensation drips from the air conditioning vent. The closet on the screened in porch is full of broken junk. The TV's in the bedrooms don't work. The dryer makes a horribel whining noise. The pool was not maintained very well. OTherwise, a decent place, location and it was very clean.

We were in town for my niece's wedding. The Condo was very Tidy & Clean! It was very comfortable and so convenient to family in Mt. pleasant. Hope to stay again sometime! Many thanks for such a nice stay!

Great place to stay in Wild Dunes, easy walk to the beach. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Roomy screened in porch.

Nice and cozy but as the time progressed we noticed that it was not very clean. Dirty dishes were a real turnoff. Previous renters hair throughout master bath was disgusting. Lastly having to walk through the flooded swamp to get to the beach was no fun. None the less we are considering a stay again next year. We are hoping someone will consider making improvements. Thank you.

I had been to Isle of Palms 20 years ago when I was a kid, and it really has not changed. That isn't a bad thing as that was exactly what I was hoping to bring my family to now. The condo was clean and had all the basics we needed. It is a short distance to the pool and just a bit further to the beach. I love how intimate the condo is, and how friendly the people we met were. Our kids played and had a good time, and the place was a great reminder of my childhood. I was very happy with this unit and Isle of Palms.

This condo was the right size for our group. It was a short walk to the beach and the pathway was paved. I loved the screened in porch and the overall community. We will definitely be staying here again.

We rented two units at Mariner's Watch (Wild Dunes) for a family trip. The property is great! No issues with check-in, great pool and beach area. Very nice resort. The only issue we had is that on Saturday evening we tried to go out to eat and had a 1 hr and 30 min drive to get from Wild Dunes to the IOP connector to get off the island. With few dining options on the resort and heavy traffic to get off the island, we will probably avoid this location during peak beach season.

Love that it is close to the pool and beach

The TVs didn’t work on cable mode. Called twice and no one came to fix it. The beds were very uncomfortable and the twin headboards were very loose and leaned towards the bed. The dishwasher didn’t work. We didn’t find out until leaving but don’t it would have been fixed in timely fashion anyway based on our lack of response to the TVs not working
