Great location and great price.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower is fantastic!

View and access to beach

Nice enough condo considering the price and location. There were definitely things that need to be addressed, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall this is a nice condo. But there are some improvements that could be made and I noticed that these are not the first time they’re mentioned. If you want to book more guests, then you should take to heart what’s been said. The bed is terrible, replace the mattress. With what you’re charging it shouldn’t be hard to afford a new one. The bathroom light/fan is extremely noisy and there is no option to use one or the other. The water is either ice cold or really hot, use caution. There were ZERO spatulas. I feel like a quick check of utensils and attention to detail is key in a rental unit. The top of the refrigerator was very dusty. Other than that, the property and beach was beautiful. The location is perfect as you are close to all the wonderful places to eat and visit along 30A. There is also a beautiful view of Lake Powell from the front balcony.

This property is perfection in every way … location, accommodations, cleanliness. The list goes on. We look forward to visiting again next season.

Had a wonder time!

Room was just as advertised. Had a few hiccups the week before, but they were actually handled at the last second. AC was down but fixed when we arrived. Door really does need updating, as well as the older lock box for key, but it is just the outside door. The inside was nice. I would stay here again. You must try La Crema and Taps and Choclate if you are in the area. Fantastic food and atmosphere

I loved the view and the place was clean. Lovely shower with great shampoo/condition/soap.

Property was on the beach. The condo was very nice. It did take 2 of us to open the sliding door to the balcony. It felt very secure there with gated entrance. There were lots of young children and babies in both pools most always. The beach was not gradually sloped and became difficult to walk on. We found very few shells at the beach. The water was closed for 5 of our 6 day vacation due to riptides.

Relaxing and wonderful

We thought the property has a great view of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was comfortable. Great location. Only negatives were the leak in the bathroom ceiling over the sink (my concern is mold) and the loud dishwasher.

Everything was just as stated and more!

Very relaxing visit. The deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. Condo has everything you need. The property has many activities. The market at carillon is a nice walk for dinner and the gym. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for two people to get away and relax, view from balcony was great and the unit was comfortable. I would definitely return and stay.

Being right on the gulf was very nice

This condo is decorated very nicely, and is comfortable for 2 people. The location is perfect - just a few steps from the gulf!

We loved the access to the beach, it’s so easy- especially with small kids. The view was decent and the beach is quieter than others and makes it much more enjoyable. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway with my little family of 4.

The condo was in great condition. The only thing I would change is to update a little bit and that’s about it.

THE UNIT WAS GOOD. VERY CLEAN. THE BEACH ACCESS AND VIEW WAS GREAT! WOULD INDEED STAY AGAIN.

We came for our anniversary and had a great time. We hope to return and make this a tradition. Thank you for all the help.

We were appalled at the condition of the condo when we arrived. Dried food stuck to cabinets, food and stains all over the table and bed, and hair everywhere (including the fridge). Tons of long hair all over shower walls. Floors weren’t even swept and dried urine all over the toilet. Super gross and do NOT recommend!

View and proximity to the beach

Wi missing whole last day. No internet no TV.

Everything was fine except for the sheer amount of stuff around the condo my kids could get into. Between all the decorations and random stuff in all the drawers (loose lightbulbs, papers, sharp utensils, pots and pans, etc.) it felt like I had to constantly walk around and make sure they weren't able to hurt themselves or break anything. Otherwise, the location and condo was great. Check-in and check-out were very simple.

The unit offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and is nicely updated.
