We enjoyed our recent trip and stay in unit A929. The condo was updated, clean, and comfortable, Beautiful views of the ocean off the balcony and master bedroom. Close to great restaurants and shopping in 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will definitely return! Thank You for a lovely stay!

We had a great time at this condo for a long weekend anniversary trip. A929 was clean, comfortable and we liked the decor. The location is ideal. We were close to dining and went to several great spots at 30avenue and 30 A. Beaches and pools were not crowded. We would most certainly come back to this condo.

We had a great Labor Day vacation here! Condo was nicely updated and clean. Beaches were beautiful and we were happy to have a snack bar by the large pool. Would definitely return here.

Nicely renovated and very attractive condo with pretty views. Comfortable and clean and well furnished. Everything worked great even with the age of the building and its general maintenance issues and the occasional slow drain. No complaints and no problems! Would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Well after a long harrowing day we got here and had no AC. Then I locked the code to our condo inside and after 2 hours we got in. The place is ok. It still needs some work floorboards separated sandy floors the cleaning wasn't the best but okay. The view is great close to the beach so can't complain

The beach location was wonderful. The condo was a little small for a family of 5, but worked well for our needs. Beach access was quick and easy, though if you want to access the beach before 8am to set up you will have to find a different access location; the condo building access doesn't open until 8am. The condo was clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials. It looks as though the condo recently had its floors updated, however whomever performed the job didn't do that great of a job as many of the baseboards are pulling away from the wall already. The beds were comfortable. If you get cold easily then I suggest bringing additional blankets.

The ice never worked during our stay. We had to buy ice everyday during our stay. There was sand on floors and in and on the secondary bedroom’s bed. We would have changed the sheets but didn’t see any extras in the closets. One of the steps on staircase was loose and made a very loud noise when stepped on.. The unit was updated and nicely decorated on a better note. We would not stay in this unit again.

Unfortunately the pictures did more justice then what we found when we showed up. It appeared to be renovated by someone that didn't know what they were doing trim wasn't attached to walls mini blinds falling apart kitchen sink being held up by a broom handle and a rock property was clean and we made it work but not what we was expecting for 3000.00 dollars

We loved this updated unit! The beds were very comfortable, especially the master bedroom. This condo is beautiful and not crowded like other condos in Panama City Beach or 30A areas. We will certainly come back.

Beautifully decorated and so cozy! The beds were amazing, loved being right on the beach in a beautiful community, can’t wait to come back!

The rental company is probably one of the best I have seen. I have had rental properties at the beach before and took care of them myself due to lack of attention. The unit was somewhat updated, clean and was right down the hall from our condo we are renovating. The cookware was really in need of updating. Vacasa immediately brought utensils, cooking utensils, and all new cookware. The towels were plush and not the usual small towels. I will definitely stay here again if there is as need. I have been coming to for over 40 years. We love the security, 2 pools, gorgeous beach and that it is away from the all the crowded areas.

Great views of the gulf and the lake. Great location. Internet was spotty. Cable did not work upstairs the whole stay.

We love the views from both balconies. The unit was very clean with updated new couches. Convenient to all restaurants especially 30 A and Pier Park. The beaches were not crowded with ample beaches to stroll on. We loved riding bikes downtown Carillon and around Caroline beach.

The room was not very clean at all. Sand all over everything. Couches were badly stained. Air conditioning did not work very well. TV and internet didn't work half the time. Location was nice but the condition of the room brings down the rating.

We especially liked the tall chairs which made it easy to see over the railing.The condo was clean and well stocked. While there were a couple of "quirky" things about it, they are much too minor to even mention.We've come to Pinnacle Port for 30 years now and this condo will go on the list as one of our favorites. We'll certainly rent it again.

All was perfect except none of the 3 televisions worked upon our arrival Sunday late afternoon. Had to call Monday and meet technicians at the unit mid morning. Bedroom TVs were fixed but not the one in living room. Also no remote for one of the TVs. My Hubby is a news junkie so this left him very irritated.

The condo was very clean and nice.. Check in was easy . I had no problems.

Good spot for family vacation

This was our first stay in the Carillon Beach area and we loved the location-- much quieter/less traffic than PCB and much of 30A-- but still close enough to both of those areas to have easy access to shopping/restaurants/etc. There is also a Publix grocery store almost across the street from the community. The unit was conveniently located near the elevator but there was never noise from it or from people in the hallway. Waits for an elevator were minimal, even with "social distancing" of one family per elevator. Complex was well maintained-- we saw daily cleaning of common areas as well as fans to help dry up floors wet from pool/beach traffic. Parking was easy to find. Fairly easy beach access even for my 80 year old MIL (we didn't see any access that didn't require stairs, however). Unit was updated (decor/appliances/fixtures), fairly well maintained (some staining on sofas) and had plenty of dishes/cookware. We loved the views from the unit as well as the 2 floor layout with the living area on the first floor and the bedrooms upstairs-- you can see the sunrise and the lake from the master bedroom balcony and the gulf and sunset from the living room balcony! The unit also had a 1/2 bath on the main floor in addition to 2 full baths upstairs (this was not clear to us on the listing and a welcome surprise!). Our biggest complaint was that the floors were not well cleaned prior to our arrival-- they were very sticky, sandy and dirty. I literally pulled a mop out of the closet and washed the kitchen floor one day because I was tired of our dirty feet. The rest of the unit was very clean so I guess maybe the cleaning company missed the floors?? The televisions were tricky to navigate (we never figured out one of them) and there were no written instructions on how to use all the remotes. Make sure to bring extra paper products, trash bags and detergent because the supplied amounts go quickly. We initially had a problem with the supplied wifi login/password being incorrect but Vacasa was very quick to respond to the issue and everything was fixed by the next morning. Overall we were very pleased with this unit, the location and the rental company and would definitely stay here again.

I was already in this condo for 29 days but Vacasa required a new reservation to check out on Sunday March 1
