Pictures look better than the real thing. There was not a shade cover over the pool, back yard landscape not attractive, no working outdoor grill area as pictured. Pool floats busted, took chairs to the beach for sunset, chair back would not stay up (busted) .Lots of tiny bugs crawling over the kitchen counters everyday. Master bath spa, leaking toilet. Needs window coverings on all windows, nothing on front or back door, had to hang blankets for privacy. The TV in Master bedroom did not work, could not get local stations or news stations. Overall, appears the home has been remodeled but done cheaply with plywood counters in the bathroom, small door openings. I would rate this property as average. Would not rent again, sorry.

Property was as advertised and excellent. Property manager was very easy to communicate with, allowed early check in when the airline changed our arrival time and even brought over an iron when I told her I could not find one and was down for a wedding in desperate need! Great location relative to beach and great shops/ restaurants.

My family and I stayed at this rental last weekend and had a wonderful stay! Tracy is extremely responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and had everything you might need to cook and more importantly go to the beach. They had chairs, towels, a wagon, and umbrellas. We really enjoyed the pool outback and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The master bedroom had it’s own air conditioning unit, so it is great if you like to sleep with it being cool/cold. There was one unique thing at the property the master bathroom is more of a half bath, shower and sink to get ready is in the same spot so you have to remove everything to shower. We just used one of the other bathrooms. Would probably call this house a 2.5 bath instead of 3. This is a great property for a family or even a friends get a way!

Overall the house was comfortable, complete with most amenities a renter would need. We enjoyed the kitchen with it’s supplies, comfortable layout, and great beach necessities provided as well. The spa bathroom was beautiful and enhanced the room, however when using it, you really had to be ultra careful, or spend some time to keep an eye on the water, as it does make it to the floor often… The home itself was very clean and convenient to so many things in the area. The back yard/pool area was really in need of a clean-up. Though there is a lot of storm related damage in this area, this back yard really just needed a good clean-up. Loose yard & tree debris were covering the areas around the pool, broken or unused lounge chairs were pushed into one of the corner and some other dead plants, and miscellaneous garbage (broken noodles, packaging from construction projects, etc.; )again just a clean-up could have removed this. There was an outside cooking area evident in the rental photos which appeared to be something you could have used, however this section of the outside cooking area was not usable, and in fact was full of debris (most likely blew/dropped in from the winds), and non-working. But it could have been cleaned up (or remove it..) If this back area had been in the shape the pictures show in its listing, my rating would have been a 5.

The house was clean and modern. It met our needs. Nice location to the beach.

This is a beautiful home that truly met our expectations and needs! The open concept was spacious, cozy, and fun for entertaining our friends. The location is very close to the beach, shopping, and so many resturaunts! Looking forward to going back next year!

The location and setup of this cottage rental was perfect for us! It is bright and comfortable. Checking in and out was seamless.

We were needing rest and got some great news visiting family for Thanksgiving! Tracy and Jon made it happen for us! Second stay at this property and we'll most definitely be back! Check out the four properties they have in Naples Park!

Home had all you need to spend a few days away from home; located super close to the beach; Host/owner was very good with the communication; will for sure book it again!!!

That’s what this amazing house meant to us. It has all the accommodations and amenities you need and more and if you need anything Tracy and John are there to help you immediately every time. There’s no place in the house that we didn’t enjoy mostly the pool. We made a lot of unforgettable memories specially riding to the beach on bikes to admire the sunset at the beach, definitely a different picture each day. Having said all these things I want to thank very much Tracy and John for giving to me and my family one of the best vacations ever , definitely we will come back again.

The house was cute and clean. We really enjoyed the beach cruisers provided! Very responsive to messages -- called about a shower issue and it was fixed within hours. Noteworthy -- the sunshade is no longer over the pool & the public beach access is 1 mile away.

We had a great stay here while in town for a family wedding. The space accommodated 6 adults so well. And the location was just perfect!!

Two couples comfortably shared the house. Everything was as expected and owners were very responsive to messages. Location was perfect for us and the house was very clean.

Owner was extremely commutative right after booking, upon arrival and during stay. They were so flexible, responsive and a pleasure to work with when we had a slight snafu with our travel plans. Location is great and amenities are perfect. Will definitely be back again!!

Had a wonderful time! House was in the most perfect location, loved riding bikes to Vanderbilt beach, and the pool was icing on the cake for our 2022 girls trip!! Will be back soon!!

Enjoyed our stay. Host (Tracey) was great. 5th Ave….. fine dining was second to none. Good place for a home base to travel and explore different areas and beaches. Great restaurants close by. Lots of traffic off the grid……..if your looking for privacy quiet and seclusion, not the place to be. if you want to shop and eat it’s great. Vanderbilt beach was sooooo crowded lots of seaweed. Went to Manasota key for a few days……nice contrast. Different strokes for different folks😁

We had a great stay! We spent most of the time relaxing by the pool but also explored and walked the mile to the beach and then lunch at the Beach Box with our pup. The house was ideal for our family to visit and have dinner with us (and then go back home..lol.) Lots of little extras made the stay easy and relaxing. We will be back!

This was everything we could have ever asked for! The home is very clean, in a safe and convenient area and Tracy out did herself with all the amenities provided. It was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait until the next trip!

We had a good time and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is super close to Vanderbilt beach as well as Whole Foods. Downtown Naples is about 7 miles away but you can call an Ueber or rent a car since Sandibel Island is a must to visit. We hope to come back soon.

Our first vacation in a couple of years, the intent was to have a few days with a private pool at which we could just relax. That's exactly what we did. The property is walking distance to the beach, and we did walk down a few times. The home is thoughtfully appointed in that there are plenty of towels, both for showering and for the pool, and the kitchen is well-stocked for those of us who plan to cook. The Apron meals at Publix are delicious and easy. Also, pro tip: there's a push-to-open cabinet to the left of the stove where you can find some basics, like salt and pepper. There were things you might need like paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Everything from baking sheets to large salad bowls. There's a washer/dryer on site and plenty of things we didn't use like beach toys and mats for the kiddos. There are bikes here, if you want to bike to the beach. Tracy and Jon really have thought of everything. Gracious hosts. Lovely home.
