Ive stayed at sereral homes for a week at a time, all of which were not cheap. This property was probably my favorite so far and beyond met all expectations that me and my fanily had, which for me was a first. I highly recomend it for any larger family who is traveling to the keys. The person i was in contact with as well was beyond helpful and very quick to respond, again another first for me in regards to renting home on this site or any other site. If i go back to the keys, with my while family or even just me and my wife, we will be looking to see if this property is available again before looking anywhere else. And im truly a hard person to please, so if im saying all this i assure you nobody will be disapointed with this property.

We enjoyed our stay & hope to be back. Family friendly vacation home (but note it is two units not connected on the inside), beautiful backyard views with privacy, large screened in upstairs porch, good size pool/hottub and safe neighborhood! Short walk to sunset park where they sing every night at sunset. House came with pack n play, heightchair, beach and bath towels and plenty of that Florida sunshine! No complaints from our FL Key loving family.

This house was great for our family vacation. Comfortable for 14 spanning four generations. The house was well appointed, nicely decorated, beautiful yard, pool, and in a great location. Property Manager, Megan was helpful and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely rent again!

The house was prefect for our family. Great pool area to hang out after a day out exploring the Keys. The main/upstairs house is perfect for a big group.

Property was perfect for our family vacation. Had everything we needed and more. Had a minor thing come up with the pool heat and the property managers were quick to respond. We will hopefully be back again soon.

It was an amazing trip. Beautiful location, clean, and had everything we needed. The only one thing that would have made it perfect is if somehow there was easier indoor access from one side to the other so that we felt more connected. Otherwise would recommend this location to any large group. We loved it!

This beautiful home in the Florida Keys was great for our family of 10 adults and teenagers, between the upstairs full unit (4BR, 2BA) and the downstairs half unit (2BR, 2BA). The setting is great on a canal with a fairly new deck and dock. The house is walkable to Sunset Beach, a nice little park on the island. The house pool was nice but please note that although there is a spa/hot tub with the pool, there was no way to turn it on. To have the pool heated you must pay an additional $350 fee. When we repeatedly asked for use of the hot tub, the manager said it would be turned on, but it never was. After our rental, we received a message that they would refund $100 of the fee since the hot tub never worked. We would rather have had it work as per the listing. Two other issues to be aware of: 1) The bed mattresses were extremely hard and not of high quality. I prefer a firm mattress but the master bedroom bed was really hard and both my wife and I had backaches from it. With the price of this unit, you'd think they would furnish good mattresses. 2) The downstairs refrigerator's ice dispenser did not work, requiring bags of ice on hand. Not a big deal, but again, you'd think... The entire home was very clean, no issues there, and the furnishings were comfortable (other than the beds). The TV in the upstairs great room is amazingly big with a beautiful picture, but I wish it had a soundbar as the TV's internal audio was tinny. Kitchen is great and nicely outfitted.

This house was amazing from start to finish. Checking in and out was super simple. The house was ready on time, clean, and well stocked! We absolutely loved the split floor plan. We had four adults staying downstairs with our own kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. and then we had five adults staying upstairs and three children. The upstairs area was extremely spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a great size and comfortable for everyone. The dock and fishing was fantastic!! Manatee’s came right up to the dock and we even saw a shark swimming by. We had five vehicles with us, and there was plenty of room for parking for everyone. The dock area was perfect for our boat and so easy to get in and out of to go lobstering every day. Definitely a house we will rebook. Can’t wait till next year!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. We were 11 people at the house. The house was super clean and spacious. The location was very close to beaches, state parks and shopping and less then an hour from Key West. I would rent this property again the next time we are in the keys. Megan was a very attentive host. Any issue we had she was right on it. A great time was had by all.

Beautiful home, amazing location. Fit our extended family of 13 perfectly, with plenty of space to move around. Pool was in constant use by the kids and lots of sea life in the canal we were able to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay, loved property. Only snafu was propane gas grill was empty upon check in. We spoke with mgr, was a full spare on side of house. Alls good, would recommend to friends.

This home was absolutely perfect for 4 families and fully accomodated our group of 14. The private pool and hot tub was perfect and paying the extra for the heated pool was worth every penny. The kids were either fishing on the dock or swimming in the pool. The dock allowed several encounters with sealife we didn't expect such as several tropical fish, seahorse, manatee, sea turtle, and sharks in the neighbors underwater nightlight. The neighborhood felt safe and lots to do within a short distance. We will for sure be back!

The house and location was everything we were looking for. Amenities and space were perfect for our group. Although we requested the pool to be heated, it was only comfortable to swim in the first 3 days. The rest of the week the water was too cold. We spent more time in the hot tub.

This a perfect house for a large vacation group, great location, beautiful views and very nice well equipped home. Had a couple minor issues, Megan responded right away and resolved. Would highly recommend, will probably re-book for next year

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay in Key Colony Beach (KCB) with our adult children and family (total of 9). The property was exactly as described. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The ceiling in the den/dining upstairs are vaulted and make the space feel huge. We arrived after dark and the lights had been turned on for our arrival. Check-in information had been provided several days before and checking in was easy. The way the property is landscaped with shrubs and palm trees down the property sides, you feel more secluded than being in a neighborhood. The pool and spa were nice also. We rented a boat one day. Navigating in and out of the canal was easy with easy access to Vaca Cut. Sunset Park is a short walk down the street. If you stay in KCB, make sure you go down to the park at least one evening to gather with other folks for sunset.

We loved the location, the pool, and the houses were perfect for our large family! The property was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking!

The house was great! Easy boat access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic! Afternoon dips in the pool were great after a fun day out on the boat! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking! We had a great week!

The property was exactly as the listing showed. It was very very clean! We had an amazing stay! Plenty of towels and kitchen well stocked. PERFECT location for boating and easy access to the open ocean! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with our family!

We really enjoyed our visit!

Excellent house for family members to gather for an amazing visit to the Keys. The pool was great for the kids after a morning of boating. The boat ramp at mile marker 54 made for an easy in and out of the boat in the relationship to the location of the house.

If you want a warm pool to swim in (that we paid extra for!), enough toilet paper to use, a smooth check-in, and a nice host to deal with, then please look elsewhere to stay! This property has the potential to be awesome! It is a nice house located right on the canal in a quiet neighborhood. The main reason we rented this particular property was because it had a pool. We had 8 kids in our party and they were so excited to be able to swim all day, every day. We were there in January so we paid extra ($250 or $350??) to have the pool heated. It wasn't warm when we got there so we contacted the host, Megan. They sent someone out to fix the problem but it only warmed up a little. When we contacted the host again, she blamed us for the problem stating that we must have messed with the pool controls (which we didn't). This issue persisted our entire week there and we had only half of one day with a fully heated pool that was warm enough to swim in. Our kids were pretty devastated that they couldn't swim. They tried a time or two, but they were shivering after a few minutes. We have contacted Megan multiple times about getting a partial refund, but here we are 4 months later and we have received nothing back. In the days before our trip, we were never contacted by the host to know what we were supposed to do for check-in. We flew into the airport pretty late and still hadn't heard from her. We tried to contact her to know how to get into the property, but she never answered or returned or call. Luckily we somehow found the number of the owner and called him late at night. He was not happy that we hadn't been contacted or instructed where the key to the property was, but he was super helpful. My next complaint is pretty minor, but people should be made aware of it. Apparently they only supply a limited amount of toilet paper for the house (like 1 roll per bathroom). We were unaware of this until we ran out of toilet paper and had to make an emergency run to the store. It was fine, but maybe that needs to be made known on house description so no one runs out. And when you're paying over $7,000 to stay there, little things like having enough toilet paper stocked in the house seems like a reasonable thing. Like I said before, this property has so much potential. It's a beautiful home, but we had too many issues to recommend it to anyone or for us to ever stay there again. And we're still waiting on a partial refund.

This house is amazing. It is very well stocked with everything we needed. The location is very convenient. We will definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful spring break vacation for 3 families! Loved location in Key Colony. Nice to have so many extra beach towels for the children and the pool was perfect! We will be back, thank you!

We have been coming to Florida Keys for 10 years, usually stay in Islamorada. Our first time in Key Colony and it was beautiful. It was a short ride to to many restaurants and grocery stores. The house was well stocked with beach and bath towels, kitchen supplies (dishes, flatware and for cooking). We had a few minor issues but were handled by the house manager promptly.

Loved Key Colony Beach and the house made it even better. The pool area was fantastic and the home itself was laid out perfectly. The hosts were quick to respond. Would have been nice to have a book with places to go or things to do, but we all have google so it wasn't a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.
