Handle on window was missing, bathroom cleanliness was 3/10

Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum von Pforzheim, dennoch ruhig.

Gute Lage, nettes Zimmer, freundliche Menschen.

Extrem hellhörig und sehr hartes Bett. Kein Frühstück.

The furniture and fittings, including other infrastructure, are old and need to be revamped.

The location was very close to the train station. I arrived close to midnight so the location was important in my choice.

The staff was rude and dishonest. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was promised by the night staff I could check out at 1pm the next day. Next morning at around 11am, I was woken up by a phone call. This staff (different from the one the night before) refused to honour the promise and asked me to vacate my room asap. I didn't even have time to take a shower but had to check out two hours earlier than promised.

Location was good. Just 10 minutes walk from the place I had to visit the next day. Parking was for 10 eur extra. Spot located near the bahnhof.

Pillow was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up several times because of neck pain.

I liked the smoking terrace and the interactions with the other guests!

Good location. Friendly staff.

It was a little bit cold in the room.
