This house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed. Our family ranged from teens to grandparents so the bedroom snd bathroom layouts were very fitting. Loved the location in mid island. Very convenient to beach and beach club.

We enjoyed our stay! The location and layout of this house deserves a 10/10!!! Our trip started off rocky with an internet outage and AC going out. Communications and assistance could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay at 809 Bonito. The location was great and having two golf carts was good. Information on internet and TV was easy to find. Clear check-in/check-out directions. It was just right for our family.

The house was very accommodating to our big group. Although, it wasn’t as clean as we were expecting. the washing machine does make some loud noises and there were a lot of rules we haven’t seen before in other rentals. The golf cart worked all week but the breaks don’t work and it’s a little difficult to turn. Overall it was a good experience!

This was by far the best rental house we’ve had on Fripp! The pictures of the main living space on VRBO do not do it justice-it is so spacious! The house was lovely and so clean. Highly recommend this rental. (The only thing it needs is more sharp knives for meal prep-besides that small detail we had a wonderful stay!)

For two families with 6 kids under 10, this home and Fripp Island was a perfect destination. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and had plenty of space, indoors and out, for the kids to play. The golf carts, which seem to be a necessity on this island, were perfect for shuttling to and from the beach and pool. Also, being centrally located on the island, we were never far from anything. With multiple pools, miles of uncrowded beach, fishing, bike trails, pickleball, tennis, golf, a kids nature center, and so much more, we never ran out of things to do. Even when we had a day or two of cool weather. It was a wonderful stay and we definitely plan on coming back!

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and huge. Plenty of room. Had everything you need, including 2 golf carts, beach chairs, beach toys bikes, etc. would definitely come back.
