Beautiful home with tons of space, storage, everything you might need including beach chairs and towels! Excellent communication and check in instructions! Very thoughtful decorations and artwork. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with beach access. Definitely would book again!

All 4 of us girls loved our stay. The home is beautiful inside and the rooftop patio is nice. The beds were sooo comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Gorgeous property! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities were exceptional! Check in process was very easy and well explained. Tyler’s dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. The breathtaking views from every window and the rooftop deck were nearly the highlight of the stay. We were able to relax and unwind and take in all the surrounding beauty. The location was great! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us. We will definitely be back!

We stayed three nights at this property. We enjoyed the modern and comfy accommodations. All spaces were clean and it had all the basic amenities. Both king beds were very comfortable. There are 5 levels: parking garage at ground level, first master bedroom 2nd floor, next master bedroom 3rd floor, living room and kitchen 4th floor, and the rooftop dining table on the top floor. We didn’t mind the stairs at all as it made every floor quiet and private. The parking is tight, I personally wouldn’t try to parking anything bigger than a minivan in the garage. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Property owners/managers were easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I’m confident they would have responded quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house has it all. From great communication with owner, personal assistance getting settled in, as well as of the line appliances and amenities, and the best rooftop patio with amazing views. Close to 70 stairs from bottom to top, safe with bannisters. My 90 yr old parents were able to manage them. Plan to visit again.

Great location and rooftop patio. Garage is stocked with a lot of great equipment for the beach. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Property is very spacious and comfortable. 1 block away from the Marina and 1 block away from the beach. We brought our dog and this location was 1 mile away from Rosie’s Dog Beach. That was a HUGE bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful clean home with a great location! From the minute we walked in we could smell it was freshly cleaned, new towels awaiting and fresh bed sheet! The beds were extra comfy! I would highly recommend this place for two couples, because that is what it is truly set up for. The house has a maze of double stairs that is fun to master, but not bothersome at all. The view is so pretty from the top of the deck. Tyler was extra friendly and very helpful. We would for sure come back and loved our long weekend getaway.

Everything was great! The beach is 1block in either direction. Very convenient liquor store across the street which was fantastic to be able to just grab a quick snack. I love this place!

The house, location and manager were all amazing! This is definitely a rare find! From the moment we got to the house to when we left the manager was on top of things asking if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. He was extremely professional! The house was amazing...only maybe to many stairs, but I'm out of shape so it probably wasn't. The views are great from the top! Its the perfect place for a glass of wine and the sunset! We would definitely recommend this house!

This unit is carefully thought out, modern, and beautifully decorated. Be ready for a workout on the stairs from room to room, but it was great for us! Our 4 year old grandson loved the inner and outer stairs to each level. Beach and bay on either side. Hosts were great. Would stay here again if ever back in the Long Beach area.

The house is so clean and well appointed! We lived the artwork throughout the house. The rooftop deck was incredible. Our bed was so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed the week with my 76 year old dad and 17 y.o. daughter. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for everyone and the bonus rooftop area to enjoy sunsets. Beaches are easy to access and the two loaner bikes were perfect for traveling along the beach path into Long Beach. So much to do and see, but perfect to just sit and chill! Thanks for the great spot to make our week perfect!

Great 6 night stay in Long Beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of places to sit, watch tv or just talk. Great rooftop patio with views all around and plenty of seating. Lots of stairs and creative layout but we did just fine - glad we had help with luggage tho! Tyler was great at responding to our questions. Loved having a garage. Plenty of great places to eat, hear some live music and have some cocktails. Would most definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great house - very spacious. It is exactly as described, except bigger and nicer living room/dining area than we expected. Loved the artwork. 5 stars!!

Everything went well except the weather

Great visit with family, as per the description lots of stairs, but great view and privacy for each bedroom suite.

Love the location! Access was a piece of cake! Host was very pleasant! Beautiful home for a family or relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

You get exactly what you see in the photos plus an interesting maze of steps. The beds were comfortable and the space was good. The family room only has one couch and added seating is around the kitchen table. One extra comfortable chair would have been greatly appreciated by our family of 4. The roof top deck was a welcome retreat and the oversized garage filled with beach amentities was helpful. The building seems to have 2 units and maybe a care taker apartment. It was clean and an easy stroll around the bay and beach sides with bonus access to a market and coffee shop across the street. The kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods/Trader Joes are just over a mile away. We only cooked a basic breakfast and made coffee daily but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics. We appreciated the desk area and hardwoods throughout.

Nice quiet area to stay in. The property is very clean.

Six women in our party from 15 to 75. We were all accommodated! Loved coffee in the early morning on the rooftop patio before using the paddle boards in the bay. Beach chairs, coffee, bikes and great beds made for a comfy stay! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in Belmont Shore. The location is ideal for exploring the bay or the beach, and the roofop deck offers a panoramic view of it all. It was great being able to enjoy Vibes Cafe across the street and walk along the bay to Gondola Getaway for a fun afternoon ride through the canals of Naples. As others have described, be aware that there are many stairs and that the layout of the house is vertical and unusual, but it worked well for us.

Great 4th of July experience

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The property was so neat and clean and beautifully decorated. There is so much to do within walking distance, great beaches a wonderful restaurant. We had bikes, beach chairs, stand up paddle boards and more. It was a great stay!

This property is in excellent condition. Very clean and modern! A little pricey for 2 night stay but worth it!

Very nice

Great experience staying here for a wonderful weekend exploring the area and doing a college tour at Cal State Long Beach. Smooth and easy check in process. Wallace (owner) and Tyler (Property Manager) were very communicative, and Tyler met us when we checked in and gave us the home tour and details. The home is extremely clean with a modern interior, comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Being able to bring our pups and having the garage made it all the better. For the pups, Rosie’s Dog Beach is right down the street within walking distance (5 minutes), and Bixby's gated dog park is a few minutes drive away. Near the university is Recreation Dog Park, another gated dog park. For the humans, plenty of space and amenities inside, and the rooftop space was a wonderful perk and festive with lights, table, chairs, and amazing views. There are a lot of stairs and doors to manage, but not too difficult once you get used to it. Spacious rooms and each interior level had a bathroom. Both bedrooms are en-suites with large showers and walk in closets. And you cannot beat the location - beautiful and clean beach is one block away, the marina is one block the other way. Vibes restaurant is 30 seconds away and so good (we had breakfast there) and next to that is a little convenience store for snacks. We had a long drive down from Northern California, so we ordered in from Roe our first night (it was excellent) and ate at Nick's on 2nd for dinner our second night, which was equally excellent (and nice to see the area hopping on a Saturday night). The Peninsula area and location of this property is a very nice upscale beach area and very safe. All in all, it is a fabulous property and I highly recommend!

The peninsula is such a perfect vacation spot, close to the bay and the ocean. This house was a perfect place for my family to gather. My 3 and 5 year old granddaughters loved the secret stair cases and little nooks, and had hours of fun! All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for preparing meals. The highlight, however, was the rooftop patio! We had beautiful breakfasts and sunsets during our stay. The owners and property managers were wonderful and very responsive to every question, and communicated frequently about our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately the host cancelled on us with less than 24 hour notice. At 10pm the night before a Holiday weekend. Making it impossible to re-book any place else. I understand things can happen, especially in this climate. However, I was extremely disappointed in the way the cancellation was communicated to me. I received less than 1 sentence from the host directly. It felt dishonest. I have never experienced anything like this before when booking through VRBO.
